Love their milk tea, whether it is original milk tea or green milk tea. I used to order less ice and sweetness. Then their taro milk tea is awesome too, especially their autumn specials menu, enjoys their drink like a dessert, but it only sell with one size, hopes to get a big cup instead. I felt this branch’s drink better than polo park’s branch

The atmosphere would be better if they added sound deadening because it’s hard to hear the workers with the blenders, music, and customers.

The tea quality is acceptable, and the flavors are generally well-balanced. However, some improvements could be made to enhance the overall taste profile. The sweetness levels are customizable, allowing patrons to tailor their drinks to personal preferences.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. That girl is incredibly sweet and polite, patiently answering all my questions while I couldn't make up my mind about which drink to choose. Definitely my go-to place.
Highly recommend their Passionfruit Green Tea and Caramel Macchiato Slush.

Went there today to pick up my online order. The girl seems to have no patience or knowledge about my questions about my online points at all. She said “to be honest, I have no ideas about how to answer that”. It was then the other staff who was there too, tried to answer my question. The girl who made my order seemed super unprofessional and inpatient. I ordered two drinks to take out, she did not ask me to provide a tray or a bag. I asked for a bag, and she threw me a Fantuan grocery bag. How did she expect me to carry two bubble teas using that bag? And then I kindly asked for the take out clear drink bag, which was right on the table with someone else’s drink. Again she seemed super inpatient and threw me the right bag finally. I have been to Panda tea for years. So far this is the worst experience ever.

I ordered from uber eat for the first time, the drinks I got were really blend and watery, I asked for less sugar but the drinks are really sweet for me. I don’t think it’s worse money, and i might not come back again

Very busy & sold out of my 2 favs & the pineapple slush I got instead was not as good as I expected it to be. Really liked this place when I 1st discovered it, but between the EXCESDIVE $7.99 delivery fee & wait time/uncomfortably crowded inside of when p) u my order.i think I'll about & just stick with my new fav place!

My favorite bbt place. Using the standard bubble milk tea as a comparator to other "original" or "plain" bbt, this one stands out as the tastiest.

The best bubble tea in the city, I drink it almost every day. It’s fantastic! The staff are always so nice and quick. Excellent choice for afternoon tea time.

Delicious drinks.i've had the coconut milk tea and the mango cheezu here and both tasted great! I just wish they had popping boba and a few more flavor options of milk tea.

Pretty solid selection and great quality as well! For those looking for a new bubble tea place to try, this is a great option. Newcomers to bubble tea will appreciate it as well! Prompt service and accurate orders!

I felt like the drinks had too much water in it which made the drinks we got taste bland. I think they’re priced a bit high for too little ingredients or taste. Other panda tea didn’t taste so bland like this location… (the amount of puddings they put inside the drink is so less compared to polo parks) also the cashier has a communication problem and both the owner and cashier weren’t friendly to customers, they always keep a straight face to customers… don’t think we’ll come back here!

My suggestion is to go somewhere else to buy your bubble teas, because their staff, a girl with purple hoodie is a 100% RASICT.

6 out of 10 bubble tea, 0 out of 10 service. At least don’t work with a deadly face when people ordering stuff.

Tried ordering my go-to drink, and was told "it will take 15 minutes to make", so I went with a simpler option instead. When they called out my drink and I went to grab it, they said "that's not yours", so I continued waiting. 20 minutes had gone by, and new customers had come and gone. The girl behind the counter eventually approached me and asked to see my receipt. While reading it she said "oh ok" without any other explanation or apology, then went behind the counter with it and finally made me my drink. Will not come back. So many other options nearby with better service.
