Constantly have to wait because there is no one at the cash register, and when there is some one there are some very unpleasant cashiers to deal with. Food is something that could be slapped together at home for less than a dollar, but is priced at a 500 - 800% markup for students hungry in a pinch between classes.
Added one star because while I respect their sustainable and local business model, it doesn't excuse awful service and the prices charged.

3.10 for a small coffee and medium roast was empty. I only work here from time to time i feel bad the students have to pay so much to eat. Crazy prices!

Totally mediocre. It’s food. The variety seems to rarely change, which is disappointing when you eat on campus frequently. The company owns all the food options on campus and I’d say the same for them all.
Tables are always dirty, you have to ask someone to clean one if you don’t want to sit at a dirty table. The food options are sad. It’s kind of like people who went to a restaurant once opened one without having a clue what they’re doing. I would never eat here if it wasn’t the only option on campus and if I didn’t have to use my mandatory meal plan.
The business ideology is honourable. I have to wonder if mandatory participation, offering subpar food, for high prices for students on a budget is really the right place for it. Just because we’re students we have to endure mediocre food and poor customer service? I honestly wonder who conceived of this and if they thought about the experience for students.

When coming to Pangeas Kitchen, one is never sure what quality of service one will get. The food is overpriced and while it may be the most sustainable in North America, it is the most inneffient as well. Long wait times along with employees arguing with eachother definitely gives customers the sense that this is a circus instead of a kitchen.

Foods and beverages are overpriced.
Especially today, I saw a mice and it was notify to staffs in the kitchen but they do not care about this problem.
