Sales girl came up to me at the mall, after forcing hand lotion on me she proceeded to insult me by abruptly cutting off our conversation, roll her eyes at me and then walk away after I told her what skin care brand I use. Didn't know anything about this brand before today, but I do know now that I will NEVER buy from or support this business.

Was dragged in store the sales girl thought it was funny to say the red light machine was a million dollars when I repeatedly asked the real price she laughed then used the wand machine on my face hitting my ears and nose not fun and told me the results are amazing I saw nothing such a scam I researched these products and its a rip off every infrared light works don't need to spend 2 to 10 thousand dollars this store will be gone soon.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My grandma and mom were practically dragged in there by these saleswoman and guilting them into buying a whole bunch of things they don't need. Ended up spending over $700 and when we wanted to return it the supervisor was being so disrespectful to us. Saying because it's black Friday no stores in the mall do refunds, which is NOT true we had just returned something from another store just prior to this. This supervisor girl said it was obvious and was talking to us like we were stupid so I told her she should've mentioned the return policies to us before purchasing, as you do. And she continues to talk bad about me in front of my grandma and kept staring me down and lost her mind when she found out I was going to give her store a bad review saying she feels they didn't deserve it. They most certainly do I'm never going there again and I suggest you don't either.

As many have warn people make no eye contact! And if you do let your feet continue to walk!
Since I had time for some humour I stopped.
Extremely pushy desperate for a sale! I was offered a “free” sample at which I think it was used on my back of hand. Since it was not mentioned again. The serum which I think was mostly alcohol base it made my skin dry and of course cleaned my skin. Wasn’t surprising.
I’m a cheap person and I knew this wasn’t going to be in my price range. $120.00 for 2! It was a buy 1 get 1 free deal! Believe me this is no deal! When I refused I was offered the special deal I could buy one for 59.99!
How is this a deal? This just shows that I was not getting the second box free. 60+60= 120…

The only thing that was accomplished was to prevent a sale on a customer that may have a hard time to say NO.
Avoid this kiosk at all cost!

100 dollars for a thimble of cream, the store owner didn't even let me or my homeless looking friend put our feet on the table! Cause of racism. I thought things change. He was Jewish. Unfortunately I am black man on MLK day non theless!: (3 stars still better than slavery!

Lots already said about how pushy this place is. I decided to let them show me a product, a “serum” for the bags under my eyes. It’s VERY expensive but it worked so I bought it. The salesperson told me to use it sparingly once a week and that it should last me several months.
What I discovered was that within a few days the serum starts to dry out at the end of the dispenser so the first little bit that is dispensed is always hard and dry. I used it approximately 4 weeks as directed and the dispenser was empty.
Of course if you pay them thousands of dollars for a membership (not joking, they gave me the pitch) then they will give you freerefills for a whole year!
This place is a huge MLM-style rip off joint.
Avoid.

Very pushy sales associates, they yell at you from across the mall to offer you a free sample which turns into a 20 minute rant about their products. Overpriced products, you can find just as good at the drugstore from other more popular brands. Comes across as a scam. Waste of time, I should have avoided eye contact.

Salesperson will offer you a sample, then pull you into the kiosk to buy overpriced merchandise.

Pushy sales people, and the overpriced products lack the quality you could find for much cheaper at other stores.

Most of the positive reviews on this place are likely friends and family looking to boost business. The existence of this store just makes me want to avoid going to polo park in general.

EXTREMELY pushy and invasive salespeople. I have allergies to several common ingredients in cosmetics, I was walking through the mall, and this salesperson comes at me with some sort of cream. I tell her "sorry, I am allergic to a lot of cosmetics" she comes even closer and is ready to smear me with it, saying "don't worry, it's all natural" (my allergens are "all natural" too, but that doesnt make me not allergic to them)

Damnnit made I contact by mistake. What ever ointments they were trying to sell me dropped form 300 down to 97 in 20mins of me saying no. She gave up after 30mins. Can I charge her for my time? XD

Agree with the other negative reviews. Friendly but EXTREMELY pushy sales people. The products are absolutely garbage as well and severely overpriced. Products not at all good for sensitive skin and I have had weird breakouts since trying the products than I ever have had before. I will definitely be going back to my trusted Clarins skincare routine.

Harman sold me the product he was so nice showed me the products that was great for my skin and i got Excellent results

Worst place ever I didn’t want to buy this cream and they were so pushy and rude and made me buy it.

Amazing products. My salesperson was an Indian girl Damini. She demonstrated the products so good and her personality was so charming. 10/10 recommended.

Very disappointed. I had temporarily made eye contact with the associate and within seconds she grabbed my hand to put the cream on- didn’t even consult me as to what it was but started rubbing it in- like madame, it’s covid times. Then pulled me into the store, cornered me. She tried to talk me into buying 3 kits normal price $150 but as a deal $120, when I refused she said okay how about one for 35 so you “can test it out and see if you like it then come back and get more for your friends as I said I was looking for gifts for a few girlfriends”- I thought sure, why not. ANYWAYS, she rings it up and explains that the deal will pop up but it never did and i was charged $56. I checked my receipt and said she quoted me for 35 but she said I misheard her through her mask as she said 49…so with tax 56. I tried to argue with her about it but it was clear she just scammed me and wasn’t going to even let me return it within 2 minutes of her pulling that. I went to accept my defeat and said fine. The other associate working then offered me an additional item for free for my troubles so I didn’t feel like I was being scammed. I would have fathered them 1) honour the price I had verbally repeated to her when she originally quoted me OR take the item back but that wasn’t an option so I took the item. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE STORE

Disregard physical distancing, reuse nail polisher on everyone then they refuse returns because of COVID. Don’t buy from there, and if you want their products buy from Amazon or their online store because you’ll have the option to return.

This is nothing against their products but more in regards to staff. I know the salesperson is just doing her job by trying to sell aggressively however during these times of covid I do believe their staff need more training in Safety protocols. The salesperson approached me without any regard to social distancing, grabbed my hand without first grabbing any sanitizer for either of us then began using a nail buffing product on me that I have no idea if it was sanitized or used on others before me. I left feeling a little freaked out about what type of germ exchange we may have just encountered. Please do better.
