Wow is all I can say regarding the over the top costumer service I have received and problem resolution with my car/car parts. A huge thank you to Andy the Manager at this location as he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied costumer. Most definitely will recommend anyone and everyone in need of parts and or car accessories to give this place a visit as I know based off experience you will be accommodated. Thanks again Andy M for all your assistance.

Unfortunately clueless employees. Called in to ask about a tool, described it in great detail to make sure we were on the same page. Drove in from an hour out of town to find out they in fact did not understand what we were asking for and did not have what we needed. I'm not expecting a genius to answer the phone but I'm expecting someone who can at least use Google if they don't understand or know something. The only thing you need is a pulse to be hired here apparently.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am so grateful for the fellow who helped me today. I was at the end of my rope and needed to get home and rest. Exhausted. I asked for help and received it.

Impressed by the service he not only installed but showed me how to put on my wiper blades. Great service thanks!

I went to this store for power steering fluid. I was given brake fluid. By the time I realized I already put some in. Now I have to flush the system and hopfully nothing is damaged. I don't know how I will proceed. TBD

A lot of workers standing around talking while customers are in line for a long time. Faster to order from Rockauto.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for an obscure part which unfortunately they did not have, but they took the time to look up the name of two other stores in the city that might be able to help me instead.

Went to get my battery tested told it was to cold for an employee to go outside for 2 minutes to test the battery which I bought from them less then a year ago. So don’t know whether I have a defective battery. Not too cold for me to boost my battery though. Thought part of their business was to sell batteries guess they only want to sell them in warm weather.

Went in for new windshield wipers today - I was immediately greeted by Sandra who was so pleasant and helpful. She looked up the wipers I needed and then even put them on my car for me! She made the whole experience quick and pleasant. She was so friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing which wipers I needed! It’s so wonderful and inspiring to see a woman working in this industry! Will be back next time I need new wipers!

Terrible people.called ahead for a breakpads sensor they say over the phone they have it.going to the store then they don’t have it.ridiculous

Paid $20 for a $14 oil filter (price of everywhere else and everywhere online). I got some consolation from the 0W20 synthetic oil was 1/2 price.

Came in to get some tail lights, there was a guy in front of me who was trying to explain what he needed but was difficult as english was not his first language. The guy working at the counter was extremely rude and condescending to the gentleman and even chuckled at him when he gave up explaining. Would not recommend going here. Employees name was Keiren R. Tall blonde man.

I wasted $250 for brake rotors and pads at this location because their system has the wrong part number for my 2012 Lancer GT. I bought the parts 2 years ago but never installed them as I still had good pad life left. Now 2 years later when I went to install them, the parts were wrong and the store will not take the parts back. I even called asking for the part number for my car, pretending to buy them, and they provided the EXACT part numbers to me again.

At the very least they could change the part # in their system to help other people from having the same issue.

So if you own a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer GT and are looking for rear brake rotors, DO NOT BUY the P26574, rather the P26539. They will even tell you that you are wrong.

Purchased a Battery in Nov 2018.today it died.lost store receipt.contacted Credit Card company for my receipt of purchase.went to store ready and armed to make my position for replacement under warranty without store receipt. Sandra was the rep I dealt with she consulted with Steve and they quickly resolved the situation. NEW Battery replaced under warranty OUTSTANDING customer service. Sandra & Steve are the PERFECT employee's of this company. FANTASTIC - Partsource store. I recommend them for Employee's of the month. Partsource - Bishop Grandin is my store for life! This is my experience!

They need to get better organized/regroup. I remember when partsource first opened. It was a good place to go.
I guess it really depends on who's serving you. There's a young fella in there tall lanky blonde kid with a bowl cut that does a pretty good job at pissing off the customer's. He shouldn't be in the retail business.
Do a better job of monitoring your young employees would make a difference.

Ive went here a few times and other part source's places some times they never help you there they don't ask you if you need help and other times they kinda helped but had no luck the part or hardware was out of stock when it should be restocked! Stuff like that ive gotten help there a few times but that was all both times were different

I asked one of the people who work there for help to get me a new battery for my car, but he was so RUDE AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME AND STARTED TO EAT HIS FOOD, he told me to find it on my own. I have never been treated like this ever, sure people have bad days, but this was his JOB to help me. Very frustrated with this and will never go back to part sources again! They will never get any of my money again! I would rather drive 20 miles to get my parts from someone who Cares about their customers!

Best overall parts prices in the city. Same parts/prices as Canadian Tire. It's the only place I think of when I need a part quickly.
