I would like to say this place is definitely ok for party stuff but a bit of marked up prices. The staff are snoopy as well.

I would give 0 star. I bought table cloth and it didn’t fit on my table and when I went back to the store with receipt for refund they said they can’t take it back because it was open package. This is residuals services. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Ordered white chairs and golden cutlery for our wedding day.were suppose to deliver the day before to only deliver the cutlery and say white chairs weren't on the invoice, but on the invoice the chairs were the first thing on there.after contacting them they were very nice and got the chairs out to us the next day but with only two hours to spare.no discount offered for the stress.

Had to witness a customer with a service dog being totally embarrassed by one of the staff members. The dog was in his arms at the time. She told him that dogs were not allowed in the store and then threw her arms up in the air telling him to go ahead. He left the store. My shopping experience was ruined by this lady at this store. I won't be going back to this store again.

Great store to shop at very fast convenient and great customer service I highly recommend this place.

I was there to rent a backdrop for my daughter's birthday. They have one of the most condescending employees I have ever met in my life. She works the desk at Milt Stegall. I think she may be a supervisor. Very unprofessional and rude. Name is Angela. She is very unprofessional and arrogant.

Huge selection of party supplies and decorations. Very friendly and helpful service. One of the only places in the Winnipeg area that sells "bulk roll" plastic table cloth coverings. Convenient location, lots of free parking.

This place needs more gaming supplies for boys and girls. I rate this place at 3 stars. Excellent and kind staff.:)

We went to purchase a couple of things, but the selection is so great, we bought extra! The lady who helped us with 2 specific items we were looking for was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us.

I always find lots of fun and unique items I cant anywhere else I'm not much of an online shopper so its nice to be able to plan a party and know that Party Stuff will have everything I need

Friendly service, pickup service was seamless.
Would've been 5-star however the employee that brought the item out insisted on having us roll down our window to speak with us. I was asked to verify identity and then he pulled his mask down below his chin to speak to my husband. Thankfully we were both wearing our masks.

I made an order for curbside pick up, it was ready for pick up the next day. I’m so happy decided to canceled my order with Canadian Tire & go with Party stuff instead. (There wait times are a week over the expected pick up date)

I have few suggestions about curbside pickup.

I picked up my stuff today, the man asked us to lower the window! This is not CONTACTLESS PICKUP!

1. Customers can provide vehicle make and model when you call. And you can write down on the order sheet.
2. Customers can prepare their id and show to the man inside the car! NOT OPEN THE WINDOW!
3. OR Customers can write down their name and address on a paper and just show the man inside the car. And he can just put everything in the trunk!

Great selection and staff were very helpful. My daughter begged me for a unicorn party and they had a whole section for it. I will be back for sure.

The rude and incompetent customer service will ruin your party before it even begins.

Tried to rent some chairs for an outdoor party from this outfit. Simple, right? Quite the contrary.

First of all, they had me submit all of my information online (name, address, phone, email, etc) in order to get a quote, but when I called them, they requested the same information again, and I had repeat ALL of it. What was the point of collecting my information online?

Then, the person I talked to kept asking for a second phone number, and I kept telling her that, like most people, I only have one phone number. She wouldn't budge. In the end, I told her to put down her own phone number if she needed it submit a form. Seems like the staff that take phone calls cannot use common sense and deviate from the script when necessary.

Renting from Party Stuff was going to be a bad experience, so I went with another vendor. Will not be dealing with Party Stuff again.

Would not go to any other place for party decorations! Partystuff is literally the best and have the utmost beautiful and fun collection of props.

The friendly staff at this location were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Best party store in Winnipeg!

If the price matter to you this is not place to buy you party stuff just go amazon. Stuff are very friendly specially the one with the piercing

I visit this store often for business and for personal parties. It always has what I'm looking for even when nowhere else does. And Henry, the manager in the rental department always has a great demeanor and keeps us coming back. Highly recommend this place!

Went in to purchase some party supplies and rental equipment. The snotty girl behind the rental counter made several mistakes on the order and overcharged me. She became extremely defensive when it was pointed out and threw away my original map and order for the party rental equipment. I did not receive an apology just pure attitude. The cashiers are way more helpful and the warehouse guys were extremely courteous and friendly. I probably would have given more stars but the impolite one behind the counter ruins it for everyone else who has great inter personal skills. I doubt I will be back in the future.

I've been to this place many times! I also know of many other people who use them for parties and to rent from. Great place, and really awesome customer service. They are always very friendly and will go above and beyond to help:)

I love items here and if u r looking for party stuff for any occasion but be prepared to pay. Not cheap and some items can be found other places at a better price but they do have items u will not find other place.

It's like an adventure every time we go here. I just wish you guys would give us more cosplay options throughout the year.

Halloween is so close, I'm already scoping the place out to see what they have or might have when the time comes! Just walking around this place shows you how much of a selection this place has. Has been my Halloween place for the longest time!

I only come here for balloons and banners and whatever party stuff i might need, they always have what i need.why go somewhere else? Plus it's local.

Went for my Halloween costume this weekend. They don't have everything out yet but they made sure I could get what I wanted. They also told me when to come back for other stuff so I wasn't wasting my time checking in.

A great experience and my first time being here which seems crazy since I've lived in Winnipeg my whole life. Saw them on Instagram.

Threw my little bro a marvel themed party and came here to see what they had. He loves marvel, especially spiderman and I was able to get everything i needed here. His eyes almost blew out of his head when he walked through the door to the surprise party.

I love coming here to get all of my bachelorette party needs. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that I get what I go there for and doesn't waste any time.
