Best remote mortgage experience.

First time home buyer, so I used a broker so I'd have someone to ask all my questions to. Paul had answers to even the most convoluted ones and did not hesitate to give nuance to some of the important points of the mortgage shopping. He listened to my comfort level about how much I wanted to pay, gave me a few sensible options, and then reviewed the pros and cons at every stage. I ended up with a great rate!
