Pearle Vision

Went to get an eye exam. There was a mix up with my coverage. I asked if I could come back and have it done when it’s corrected. They said they would charge me an extra $30 if I left and came back. Yeah... I left and said I just won’t come back. Not a great business practice. Cant speak to the eye exam. Never had it done.

Mona has been an absolute gem! Her expertise and patience made my eyeglass shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. After receiving my new glasses and testing them out at work, they didn't work for me. I went back to PV to explain the problem. The assistant manager, Joe, really took the time to understand my problem with the new glasses and I was impressed he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my glasses.

Joe helped me choose the right type of glasses for my workplace, without the pressure sales. More importantly, he made me feel like an important customer, which was really nice. I highly recommend seeing Joe. Excellent customer service.

The manager, Joe. Was courteous and attentive, my current glasses were broken and he made them usable again. He put a rush on my order the ETA was Sept 6th. Joe phoned Aug 23rd they were in, I was so impressed how fast I got them. I would definitely recommend this store

The optometrist (Dr. Blessing) is very knowledgable, explained everything after the eye exam and you can open questions and show you the picture of the eyes in details. Very accomodating and friendly
