Awesome place with a good variety of frames and lenses. BOGO is a great sale and allows me to buy two glasses for price of one. Excellent service. Always come here for adjustments and new nose pieces at no extra cost. Great place to buy glasses if you need to try them on before buying. They carry Ray Bans, Oakley's and Nike.

Awesome selection. Awesome service. Glasses were done very quick. Joy was very helpful and made sure the glasses were a perfect fit.

I totally agree with first come first serve.
They were serving other 3 people before me which took almost 30 minutes and I waited for so long just to pickup my glasses. (It took exact 2 minutes for me)
They should acknowledge the quick service like pickup simultaneously or something.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pearle Vision in St. Vital Mall, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my entire visit. In particular, Sunny stood out as a true expert in his field. He assisted me in choosing glasses numerous times, and I trust his styles and opinions.

Sunny was not only incredibly knowledgeable and informative about glasses and prescriptions, but he also had an amazing eye for style. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and recommended several options that were perfect for me. Throughout the process, Sunny was patient, kind, and always willing to answer my questions.

But the exceptional service didn't stop with Sunny. The rest of the staff at Pearle Vision in St. Vital Mall was also fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. First time to Pearl Vision St Vital Centre location and the experience was awesome! Roseanne was terrific, always helpful and knowledgeable. Glasses are great. There was also a young women & young man helping (sorry don’t remember their names), they were also honest & helpful with assisting me in picking my glasses! Great experience all around!

Start to finish, what a GREAT experience here! The Store itself is well kept and clean with a HUGE selection of frames and a lot of room to move around. The person who helped me, Rosanne, had decades of experience and was very friendly. When she was helping me - me and my needs were her ONLY focus. She walked me through the whole process and I left knowing everything I needed to know! The Customer Service was top notch! I can't say enough good things about this place. It has small business attitude in a big franchise store!

Hi Folks, I want to take a moment and share my recent experience with Pearle Vision St. Vital and, in particular, the customer service I received from Sunny Warha. From the moment I walked in, throughout the frame selection, to service after I received my new lenses, Sunny has been fantastic to work with. In particular, I have had an issue with the prescription (no fault of Pearle Vision) and Sunny has been working with me to make it right by ordering new lenses. Sunny has provided very professional and courteous service and is extremely knowledgeable, and patient in discussing the alternatives. I highly recommend asking for Sunny and I hope he will continue in this role as I will seek him out next time I need new glasses.

I came in today just to browse for some glasses because I wasn’t finding anything I liked elsewhere. I wasn’t really looking to commit to anything but Harsimar was so helpful! She was really knowledgeable and was able to hand pick some styles for me that fit me really well! I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy and gave my space while still being attentive with me.
