Long story short. Ended up going to Lens crafters for the adjustment needed even after purchasing the glasses at pearl vision. Was treated horribly by one of the ladies having a bad day obviously!

Easy to book an eye exam, direct billing! The girls at the front were nice. Tons of styles to choose from! Only thing I disliked is there was no discounts or promos going on example buy frames get Lense % off, other then that great service provided and one of the cheaper test out there!

They are really nice, assist you with the smile and listen what you want, i almost 8 years to Pearl Vision have no problem to them.

Wandered around the shop today for 15min. No one offered assistance or acknowledged my presence. I came from a competitor who did the same & I left looking for a business that wanted my money. No luck.

Staff are polite and nice service. But the eye exam lacks of explaining how good or bad is the condition of the eyes. I had a great experience two years ago. However, this year eye exam procedure is good but i think really it needs more professional attitude towards explaining more details about the eye examination.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had going to an optometrist.
The optometrist who performed my eye exam was so beyond patient (nov 8th/22). It can be a bit overwhelming not needed glasses and then realizing you do. He went slow and explained everything along the way. I feel like that can also lead to a more accurate prescription in the end.

Then I had come in a few days later and Heidi was there to help me go through SO many frames to help me pick which ones suited my face the most. She was so knowledgeable, patient and also knew styles and could pick up on what you like so quick.

I can’t recommend this place enough!

Can’t get past the recorded message at all locations in Winnipeg. Really need to speak to a customer service agent but it won’t let you press 1or2.frustrating when you need glasses.

I've dealt with them for many years and the quality and value I get keeps me coming back.
Heidi looked after me, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and helped me select what I think is the best glasses I've ever had.
I always buy regular glasses and sunglasses and my eyes are quite sensitive so it means a lot to me how Heidi dealt with me.

I love coming here for all my vision needs. Vanessa is always so helpful with picking out frames if I come by myself. Even randomly dropping in for frame adjustments is super quick and the staff are so friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Heidi helped me get booked in same day for an eye exam and for contact lenses after my backpack was stolen with my glasses in them. Everything went smoothly and went more than I could hope for after receiving a sample contact lenses and solution to tide me over until I get my new glasses. It was an overall exceptional experience after having dealt with theft earlier that day.
