Penner Auction Sales Ltd

I took items to sell. One item an industrial power hacksaw was not placed on auction. They could not locate it, nor could Conrad explain why nor how it was missed place. So I could not pick it up with my other articles purchased. I told them to hold it off when they locate it as I wanted it returned. Well without notice and my authority, they auctioned it off on another auction. Never gave me notice. I went to pick up my saw, Conrad hands me a cheque for only a fraction of the value. He treated this as so sad to bad. I found their performance distasteful and unprofessional.
