Needed a quick safety for our vehicle. They were amazing! Went out if their way to help us. We really appreciate the great service. Thanks to all the staff at Penners.

Dealt with them twice over a cracked windshield and a smashed passenger window. They are extremely professional, respectful, and FAST! My goodness. I’ve dealt with plenty of auto body shops but this is the best in the city. I will always take my vehicle to Penner Autobody and I highly recommend.

I feel very comfortable bringing my vehicle here, knowing that pricing is transparent and very fair. Staff are very friendly too (including the adorable office beagle!) Only gripe is that you have to book an appointment pretty far in advance, but that's because they have so many loyal customers.:)

I had a window smashed out of my vehicle shortly after moving to Winnipeg and brought my vehicle to Penner Auto Body. As a young woman in a new city, I felt I had a father figure looking out for me - a relieving feeling in a very stressful time! I will be forever grateful for the care and service I received!

My daughter’s car was making a horrible noise. Luckily it happened just down the street from Penner Auto Body. They quickly took it in and fixed the problem, which was a broken bracket around the break. So friendly and honest and helpful. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

This place is awesome. Engine light randomly came on in my vehicle right before a scheduled road trip. They got me in quick, were very very friendly, not rude, short or condescending like so many vehicle repair places can be especially to females. Then they had me on my way quickly. Lots of younger people working there (definitely a positive thing) and the front desk lady as a woman myself made me feel much more comfortable just being in the shop. Definitely going back

I brought in my vehicle, which had been recovered after a theft, and was thoroughly impressed with the top-notch repairs and service they provided. Beyond their technical skills, Dan and Daphne are truly wonderful people who go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. They did a good job. You would never be able to tell there was previous damage to the vehicle, looked like new. Also were able to provide a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. I would use them again next time.

They have really nice customer service, and worked with us to have friends pick up our car while we were out of town. The body work they did looks great.

Made an appointment to get my car fixed after a minor accident - approximately 4 weeks between estimate and the appointment repair time.

When it came time for the repair itself, left my car at the shop for the 3 days required for the repair (paint and bodywork), and when picking up my car I was assured it was good to go. Only when I was about to drive away did an employee come rushing out to inform me that the required repairs were not in fact complete - a part that needed to be replaced had not come in yet. There was a 4 week period to get this part in, could the repair appointment have not been delayed until the part was in?

I was told I would be contacted within a week for rescheduling when the part did come in. Approximately 2 weeks went by without a word, and I called Penner myself. Was told that the part had "just come in that day" and made an appointment for a repair the next week that would "take just a few hours".

Dropped my car off for the 2nd time, left my contact info and was told I would be contacted when the part was replaced and be able to pick up my vehicle that same day. Heard nothing all day, finally called and left a message. An employee got back to me 15 mins before they closed, informing me that my car was ready to pick up. I could not make it there before close, so I had to wait an extra day to get my car back.

Really dissatisfied with the level of communication by Penner on this. Doubt I will go here again.

Penner Auto Body consistently provides great customer service and support. I have used their services a number of times - general service, checking my engine, fixing rod struts, and every time they have been helpful and timely. They have even gone so far as to fit in my vehicle for an appointment and then not charge me for a minor fix when they were more than able to do so. I have never had any issues with their communication or service and would highly recommend them. Thank you for the continued great service!

Have gotten my car fixed and serviced here plenty times. Dan is super polite and professional. Staff is also informative and kind.

The shield under the front end of my car fell down and was hitting the ground…I limped down to Corydon and parked in front of Penner. With no appointment, they fixed my car within 45 minutes (the guys were on their lunch break when I arrived or else it would have been faster) and they didn’t charge me a dime. I was not a regular customer …they just showed me extraordinary kindness. I would venture to say that any women out there who feel they automatically get ripped off when they have car issues can feel absolutely confident that they will receive fair treatment here. Thanks again!

Amazing service, and the most honest people. I once asked to get my brakes changed and they actually checked and said wait a few months, you don’t need to yet, and didn’t charge me anything.
