Perfect Ten Salon

The lady wasn't really looking as she was cutting whatever that skin is around the nails. Had my nails done in October and they cut so much skin that it bled and the cut by my right thumb still opens up 2.5 months later.

The base colour was uneven and french tips look like a 5 year old painted it. It was for my wedding. If it's noticeable in the photos, at least I have a story out of it?

Maybe I just got unlucky with a bad artist but this place has scared me off of ever getting a manicure anywhere

PERFECT TEN MORE LIKE MINUS 10 I asked for specific colors and design didn't get it at all then was told they miss understood what i asked for now im stuck with ugly nails that are not even the width of my whole nail not the shape i asked for.they are not even one day old and I have spend half my day trying to get them off I hate them so much when I called to see if they could fix it at all they tell me yes but you will have to pay again we give you 5.00 discount like really 5.00 I spent 200 for garbage like get i would never recommend and Wil NEVER EVER go back

Got a shellac manicure done less than one week ago and the nail polish is already peeling off on 3 fingers and get caught in my hair. Costed me $39 plus a $5 tip.

Decided to try this place last month, got a fill with shellac polish and 2 days later my thumb polish peeled off so I went back to get it fixed and asked if my other nails will also peel, I was told they are fine. 5 days later all my shellac polish chipped off and looked terrible. Same thing happened to my sister who got her nails done same day as me.
Never had that experience at any other salon in the city.

Poor service! They weren't letting us decide ourselves and was laughing and talking, using their dialect about the choices with the colour we chose. They were very manipulative and kept increasing the price. This store doesn’t deserve any stars and shouldn’t be even up. I’m very upset with the costumer service. This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, but the experience for my mom was very upsetting as she felt very rushed and uncomfortable. The lady that did her nails ended up choosing for her. Everything is so close together and tightly spaced. They are not welcoming, and judgemental, and not trying their very best. It literally wont let me choose negative 5 stars so take this 1 star as a negative. I’m never going here again and I hope this helps other people.
