Pet Valu

Have been shopping there for years and customer service gets worse and worse. Wandered about a good 10 minutes trying to find a specific food for a friend who had asked me to pick up for her. Sales girls were too busy putting clickers in bracelets to ask if I needed any assistance. I know these extra jobs need to be done but put down the clickers and help the instore customers first

More expensive than regular dog food from the grocery store but the quality is way better and better for your dog. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also have a rewards system where if you buy 10 bags you get the next one for free.

Not only a bad customer service but a sad interaction. I’m not sure if the staff thought I was someone else, but I was treated with attitude and scowling from the employees, when they had spoken less than 5 words to me, I left feeling very sad, and unwelcome to come back, which is odd because I’ve been shopping for my cat food at this location for the last 2 years and have never had such an odd interaction. I hope this is just a bad night for the employees working, but the feeling they left me felt so unwelcome I don’t really want to go back, if it wasn’t for the fact that this location is a convenient location I would consider switching, environment doesn’t change next time going in, I will consider switching.

The staff have always been incredibly helpful, it's always well stocked and very clean. I appreciate having such a reliable pet store close to home with excellent, knowledgeable staff.

Like this store, however this is the 2nd time they've been sold out of my dogs food. Like their Toys and treat selection.

The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The bath area is perfect to get our dog cleaned up nice!

Ordered online and quickly received a call to pickup my purchase; where a nice friendly pet valu staff member immediately brought my purchase to my car. Thank You Pet Valu

Too expensive comparing to other Pet stores. For example, bought Blue Buffalo Apple and yogurt dog treats, reg price is $8.99, Safeway, Pet smart sells it for $5.99. Pet smart has deals on them normally 2 for $10.00. First time in years I've seen Pet Valu gas it on sale this week 2 for $10.00. Pet Valu needs to lower their cost. Was there regular customer for 15+ yrs, no more.

People there are very kind and you can bring your pet into the store with you. They loved my dog and the selection there is awesome.

I first went to Pet Valu because my original pet store closed and, I needed a special food for my cats. They carried the brand but not in the size I needed. When I asked if Pet Valu could bring them in they were more than happy to help. Thank you Pet Valu and, thank you to the staff, they were very helpful and friendly.

We go here all the time for the excellent pet wash station! Just used a freebie. Awesome as always!

Love taking my two large dogs for their baths here! For $10 it saves the mess at home and you're provided with shampoo, towels, a scrubber, and a blow dryer. The tub has steps and is at a great height for scrubbing down your pup! The staff is always extremely friendly and always offers suggestions or extra shampoo if need be.

No live pets other than betas. Beautiful grooming station. Good variety of pet food. The staff was so friendly.

I was hoping they had a little Winnipeg Blue Bombers outfit for my Shih Tzu but they didn't carry Bomber stuff.

I always Love going here as the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable, and where else can You take the dog for a bath for $10.
