Very bad experience today! Staff very rude! When asked who the manager was told by “ associate manager “ not allowed to give name or next time in store. I would like to have a serious conversation with the person who runs that store! Maybe time to monitor staff. Thin redhead very, very, rude to me today! Then the associate manager laughed at me! I would suggest people think twice about shopping there!

Got just what I needed and less expensive than Amazon. Staff was very helpful.

The supervisor here (her name starts with a T, don't remember) is honestly so rude. Completely inappropriate in the way she talks to her staff in front of the customers. It's not a good look, and it makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience, thankfully there are a lot of similar shops in that part of town.

Grooming is excellent, all staff seem fantastic throughout the store. Friendly, helpful, and understanding.

Attendant i spoke to clearly explained about how the pumpkin soup would work for my kitten's soft poo. After a day poo getting formed.just want to share this because she was so nice and patient explaining everything to me. Thanks again (sad to say didnt get her name).
