Peterbilt Manitoba

They Booked my appointment for 2 January. I came back empty for appointment from California (2100 miles) and they started working on my truck on January 4 and gave it back to me on January 10. It took my two weeks of work just for 12-15 hours transmission job and they told me they don’t have mechanics then why they book appointments if nobody’s working there. Moreover, if customer missed their appointment they refused to replace or fix the defected parts. I’m very disappointed with this dealership they are just selfish and greedy they didn’t help out their customers. They just want money coming to their accounts that’s all. Peterbilt brand is very unique in trucking industry that was the reason i bought my first truck from them but now these things happens which makes me think it was the worst decision of my life.

No words How can I explain. They don’t deserve for even 1 star. My Truck dash gauges were not working, they spent 3-4 days on my truck but didn’t fix it and supervisor said we don’t have any knowledgeable electrician right now lol, still they charge me as regular. Their supervisor (Mike) don’t even know how to talk to customer He is very rude. Management and customer service is really really poor nd very Rude. So unprofessional nd Expert in make bills. Shame on Them. It’s called Peterbilt. Pls don’t spend unnecessary money nd Waste your time here. Other shop guy fixed my truck in 1.5 Hours.

Peterbilt is a really big company, and I'd like to ask them to provide air conditioners or fans for their employees. It gets really hot while working, and having these cooling options would make it much easier and more comfortable for everyone. Taking care of their employees' well-being in this way would show that Peterbilt values and supports its team.

Worst experience, mike in service is the worst guy to deal with… lots of attitude and super hot. Hope I never visit this place again

My first impression with body shop was really good. Hope the repairs will be just as good as well.

A few weeks ago I called around 9 am to make an appointment so they could take a look at the truck as soon as I brought it in. They refused to look at the previous history that the truck had and they mentioned that they would wait until the driver arrived at the shop to look at it. We mentioned a couple of times that the problem the truck had wasn't new. In the past it experienced the same issues but they didn't listen to that.

Once the truck arrived at the shop, they mentioned that they would take a look around 3 or 4 pm. By the time they took the truck in, 30 - 45 minutes after they said that they found the problem, they did not have the part and will reschedule for the next monday or tuesday, meaning that we would have to wait for 7 days from that day. For obvious reasons I did not leave the unit with them.

I took the truck to the Winnipeg Truck and Repair Services. They had the truck ready in 6 hours and provided a bill of $1,317.21, they handed the truck over running perfectly fine. If I would have listened to the professionals (certified dealership) my truck would have been sitting at their dealership for at least a week and I do not want to imagine the nightmare and final bill. For a diagnosis that is usually only 30-45 minutes, they charged $526.05, plus my driver's time.

If you do not want to spend unnecessary money and waste time, look for some else that can provide a faster, cheaper and way better service.

I thought this business deserve once again my appreciation and review, 2016 I bought a used truck and in 2022 Feb I have a document (missing myself) request I talk to the Sales person Mr. Dean who show enough patience to hear me, suddenly recognized me and give the solution and offered the best at the earliest. Thank you so much Dean and the Management.

An excellent full service peterbilt dealer they honestly go the extra mile for their customer countless time they have helped me out of a pickle and gotten me back on the road can't say enough other than they are the reason I own a peterbilt

I work for active and deliver trucks the staff is very friendly and they are open seven days a week with limited hours on the weekend

I have been using Peterbilt Manitoba's body shop for the last 18 years and they have not disappointed me yet. I recently took my 2005 Peterbilt 379 to Peterbilt Manitoba's body shop. The body shop manager and his team of highly qualified technicians repaired my truck very quick and was done with quality workmanship. Peterbilt Manitoba's Body shop did a great job, and I would highly recommend anyone to get their trucks repaired their.

They may be great for stopping in and quickly fixing a problem so a person can get going again, but ordering a is all good as well but once the truck reaches their location they are very slow and take forever to get a truck setup as in if they give you a date of about 3 weeks just expect it to take another 4-5 weeks with getting very frustrated so it takes them 7-8 weeks instead of 3 weeks, only because of their shop, I personally will never give them the opportunity to build another truck again!

Thanks Ed for the info. Seen your new truck the other day, and wow them scratches! Looks like they used a snow scraper instead of a brush to wash your truck! And the time frame sounds absolutely ridiculous. They better be compensating you for all there junk. And I'll surely not be buying my new pete here!

Had to come here for a regen and code clear, they took me in right away even though their shop was full! Fixed the issues and I'm on the road, they are a real class act and I would recommend them to anyone.

Was passing through Winnipeg and needed a quick repair done. Before I could even start my nap in the driver’s lounge, the repair was done and I was on my way! Great service with lots of room to drop a trailer too.

I have been dealing with Peterbilt Manitoba for over eight years. I have dealt with their parts, service and sales departments over these last eight years and when they do drop the ball, they are always willing to help and support and make things right.
The Parts Manager, Mike, has always gone above and beyond to make sure my requests are
Handled in a timely fashion and if any errors arise, he is quick to fix them.
I have had to take issues up with the general manager, Dan, but he has always been very fair and honest and easy to deal with.

Cam Stewart is cool! ! Not just because Stewart is his last name! ! He sold me an excellent work truck that served me well! ! I made that M-11 work but she didn't complain at all! !

Blest Dealership to deal with, In parts all are experienced and helpful but Mr. BAKHSHI is from long time and always goes out of the way to help! Communities Pride at Peterbilt.

Not impressed! Called in to see if they stocked a part. Drove in to pick it up. Said no stock on it.

I received Worst-service from body shop except one person don’t know her name. So my suggestion don’t go Peterbelt body shop if you’re truck need work related shop work. They don’t care about anything just care about money which they are going to charge to you.

I like winnipeg they always look after us. They go the extra mile to make you happy. The lovely Lady in the shop is so great to work with. Thank you guys

My Husband is long-haul truck driver n everyone knows who drive Truck, there are some issues always come in truck while driving. Mu husband always preferred to come here as they never said we are not available n don’t have soon appointment.
Highly recommended this place to long- haul truck drivers.

Staff is great but service wise I have to give them a 2. I waited 15 minutes before anybody even noticed I was there standing at the counter. It was the parts counter. There was two parts people helping one customer. I was there looking for a certain lightand you didn't have what I was looking for anyways even though I bought my lights there.

My husband bought his truck there. Got a very nice truck but the time frame and cost was way higher than it was supposed to be.

I had my truck towed there couple weeks back with a DEF problem. Pump quit working. After getting it in found that couple fuses and relay had blown. When I went to pay bill and check out. I ask what caused problem. Was told it was just cheap Chinese fuses and relay caused it. Upon leaving there dealership and heated to cooler weather, the problem came back. Having it repaired st another dealership asked what problem was. They explained that the line heater for DEF was shorting out. That why it was blowing fuses and relay. Didn't do proper diagnosis on finding problem. So was waste of $$$$ and time. Since I was there also to see how good service was as I'm thinking about buying a new truck. 1st impressions turned me off probably wouldn't go back. Was contacted by management after this post. And they have refunded my money. Not many would step up to the plate and do that. Worth giving them another try if situation arises. Thanks

Excellent service, the sales team was amazing, when I was looking to buy a truck, first I was blown away by the courtesy and friendly customer service of the sales team and from start to finish they made sure I was satisfied and informed. The receptionists are helpful, professional and courteous. Keep it up peterbilt manitoba, it was a pleasure.
