Petland Regent

I always buy my bedding at Petland at least I can afford it there. Petland I hope they keep there prices as Is. I love Petland.

Multiple employees saw me walking towards the entrance and locked the door, while staring at me. At least 5 minutes before store closing. I knocked on the door and multiple employees continued to ignore me. I'll call the store tomorrow to report to management. Horrible customer service.

They do have a decent selection in their bird area and supplies better than other stores but their prices for dog harness’s and treats food is much more expensive than more than other stores I paid $15 less at per valu for exact same brand of harness for my dog!

Staff is friendly and helpful! Animals are kept in clean cages and maintained often. The store is organized well and very tidy.

Unfortunately with this location I've experienced nothing but headaches with inconsistencies of any information I may need. I was told one thing by one employee then went to trade in and took my second trip to the store that day and was told no we don't do that. They completely lost my business. With their lack of knowledge and straight up lazy changed by the minute 'policies'.

Was there earlier and was told that I can’t return the Fluval U4 aquarium filter. Worst customer service ever and return policy

Please dont let the customers play with hamsters! Hamsters are noctural animals and people are not letting them sleep during the day. You guys should put them separately. I saw two girls messing up their habitat to find and wake up the sleeping little creatures. No employee tried to stop them!

Good place with good prices and lots of variety. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable

Great and friendly service. My kids love to go here to visit all the birds and the other animals. Lots of items to choose from for your pets.

Staff is always taking about "personal information by the cash register" I have been here 3 times. All 3 times was the same girls taking about her resent conquests. Good for her but damn I just want dog food.not details about her experiences rofl.store is pretty clear. Staff isn't.

Although the staff was helpful the item I bought for $59.99 was $39.99 elsewhere. That's a sizeable difference in price.

Love coming here as one of my local pet stores! Staff are very friendly and my dog loves them very much. Also have a shout out to one of the guys that work in the fish area as he saved my tank with all his valuable information on how to set up a screen splitting up my tank for my new Green Tiger Barbs to grow and not get bullied by my very large already existing Tiger Barb fish.

I get customer service is everything. But when you see you have other customers in line. The extra 10mns of talking while we waited was not cool. You guys lost a sale. We left.

People are really knowledgeable here, we went in to get a hamster and Kyla was amazing with us! And like, I got to hold a tortoise. Really the total experience was great. I'd give this place a 4.5 just because of the higher prices.

Staff was very helpful. The store does feel a big cold when you walk in. Like its dark or something. But once you start talking tthe staff it warms up.

Clean store friendly staff I was talking to them about some of their parrots due to I have my own and some of the info they gave wasn't correct. It wasn't anything major so I wasn't to worried.
