Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Sherjung Singh and Sumran Jasjot were the kindest and most amazing staff that we’ve ever met at any gas station that we’ve ever been to. We had a situation where someone stole our phone, and cards. They went out of their way to help us in our trouble, find the transactions processed by the stolen card and to even retrieve the phone. They were true heros and we felt supported by them at all times. We were just so impressed by their kindness and would come to this location knowing that they have such wonderful staff and service.

The customer service was very good. Sherjung Singh, Sumran and Jasjot were the most kindest staff I have encountered recently. They were willing to help me the best they can. I am very satisfied with my experience here and would love to visit again!

Bad customer service, have to have a fuel card to use the showers! Never heard of that before. Driving across Canada we just wanted to freshen up.wasn’t a problem at other places so they lost all our service ever again

Car wash is leaving little black bits of tar on my car.it goes in with just road grime and comes out covered in tiny bits of tar. It needs servicing badly

Location is clean and well maintained. Jennifer was working overnight shifts and was so helpful, going above and beyond to assist me on my way through Winnipeg towards Kenora!

Stopped by after my shift for a burger. Sat at the A&W drive-thru for 5 minutes. Nobody served me. Drove up to the window and honked my horn. Saw the POS system was open on an order screen, so someone was working there. Seems they don't care about their customer's time. Not the first time this has happened here either.

As a long time customer at this petro-Canada, you have officially loss my business. Fire Fighters fighting a severe fire today at a building close to them asked for water to drink because the temperatures now are above 30 degrees celsius. They were flat out told “NO”. Thankfully, Shell actually GAVE them bottles of water to help them fight a fire. That is NOT community oriented and you have lost business from my self, and many of my friends and family.

I walked in to ask if there is something wrong with the wash. The lady on the counter said that’s the quality of wash and they can’t do anything with it. According to her the front grill, fog lights (in pictures) are hard to reach corners. I spoke to her nicely but I don’t know why she felt offended and asked me not come back and asked for my plate number. The only thing I said “I respect your point but nobody would spend 13+$ if that’s the standard of the wash”. EXACT SAME WORDS. She refunded my money although. Not one of the good service. The auto car wash didn't work and they wouldn't refund me. They were cooking in the A & W side while I needed assistance. They wanted me to go through again and I was 'no way, something's wrong with it'. The cashier could see my dirty car with a few streaks and she refused to refund. Risky business here.

First visit December 30th around 2pm, car wash closed.

Second visit January 6th 12: 30pm, car wash closed.

Will not be returning.

This is a good location, has an A&W inside. The station itself was good but the service inside at the counter of the A&W was very poor as I received no service. The guy at the counter told the guy in A&W 2 times We were waiting and still, no A&W service. The A&W didn't look to be the most clean of restaurants.

It was the first time Through the car wash and I didn’t do it right and the guy came out and gave me a tongue lashing for telling me I should have waited for the rollers. Very rude
