I've been here a few times for grooming. The 2nd last time, I wasn't too happy about the work that was done on my Honey. Decided to try a different groomer this last time. Same thing! Actually I don't think they really even did anything. She was there for almost 3 hours, maybe had a butt area shaved a bit, nails slightly trimmed. She sorta looked groomed at first sight, but when we got her home, and checked her out, yeah she didn't receive the treatment that was requested. To be fair they didn't charge me, but said it was free due to an issue from LAST time. I found that strange! I think this was very unprofessional, if they had had problems with grooming her, they should've communicated that with me, instead of "skirting" the issue and not dealing with it. I won't be going back there again.

On Black Friday called to enquire about a 75 gallon aquarium. Talked with Neil, who stated they were out. I asked if he could honour the 50% off price when another aquarium came in. He stated he would, and said to ask for Neil. This last Tuesday I phoned to enquire about a 75 gallon aquarium. I talked to Neil who stated there was a 75 gallon aquarium. I went to pickup this aquarium. Which Neil had placed on hold. It was already loaded on a cart. After paying the discounted price Neil and another gentleman from Petsmart loaded. Loaded this into my vehicle. Thank you Neil for the awesome customer service. Very happy customer.

Terrible store brand bedding “full cheeks”

I had bought this brand at first and the quality had been meh so I made with it because it was at such a good price, but the last time I bought 5 85L bags it was horrible.

I had cleaned out my hamsters cages already at this point so I had to use the bad bedding, it was so dusty it coated everything near their cages in dust, my black shorts turned white from the dust and I even had a sneezing fit from it. 3 out of my 4 hamsters had gotten respiratory infections.just now cleaning their cages out after 2 months (they’re all in 40 gallons so it’s stripped every 2 months and spot cleaned daily) and it’s just as dusty. And once again I’m in a sneezing fit. Luckily they didn’t get another respiratory infection but I switched to Kaytee bedding which is a 100x better. Don’t buy Full Cheeks, spend the extra money and get actual good quality.

To be honest, I wasn't served here because I wasn't trying to be served. We did fond some really cool fish tank decor that would be great for DnD

This place only groomed two of our three dogs. And were still charged for all three what a rip off especially to lie to my spouse that they had trimmed and groomed all three.

Staff are always so helpful at this store and they usually have exactly what I am looking for as they are a larger location.

Pet smart is a joke of a company not only do they not know what they are doing when it comes to reptiles but the groomers never listen to the pet owners they think they know what's best for the pets but dont know anything dont take your pets there unless you wanna waste money and time

Curb side pick up does not reaĺly exist anymore. You need to go into the store to get your order. They just need to update the website and confirmation emails. Still a good experience. Selecting Pet smart for your pets need still recommended.

Noticed that the shelves were not stocked as usual. Unfortunately some items I needed were not available. Hopefully just a temporary situation. The cashier was friendly but offered no assistance.

Shout out to the Manager on duty today that helped me find a harness and chew toys for my little pup! Very helpful, kind and very knowledgeable

Much smoother adoption process than pet land. The staff here actually understand the rules the humane society has about adopting out animals. My only gripe was having to pay cash for the adoption but I understand it has to be sent to the humane society.

My favorite pet supply store. They always have good deals. Lots of variety for cat food and treats. I almost always over buy.

Groomers are awesome! They grind my dog's nails (no sharpness!), clean her ears and brush her teeth at a very reasonable price! Rarely do I have to wait to get her in!

I love the diversity of items that they have for cats. A lot of options from all differences Brand.
Also they provide some nice discount in products.

Love PetSmart and their selection of dog toys and accessories. They are my go to for toys, leashes and collars and they always have great clearance deals to score!

Grooming team is better than you'd expect, prices are average. If you do have an issue speak to them about it, never had an experience when they weren't willing to make within right

I do enjoy the prices and reptile supplies. They have a good variety. I found my experiance there rather upsetting. I was scoffed at by a male employee and led without words to an item that barely fit my needs. He said 'there' and left like he was offended by my request. I was very upset and left immediately without a purchase.
