Picture Perfect Window Cleaning

The windows with screens were not done. We were all home. If they wanted us to remove the screens from indoors, they should have knocked on the door and asked us to remove them. Also there are smudges on some of the windows they did. I am holding up payment of their invoice until they talk to me about this.

The crew was rushed and left some areas in cleaned on the window sills. They also left my back gate open. Thankfully my dog did not get out. Overall, they were polite and efficient, and they offered to come back and redo the areas missed.

Cleaned the exterior windows on my triplex and I was very pleased. On time, great job and pricing was competitive. Will definitely every year!

Have used Picture Perfect a handful of times now. They are quick and efficient and the price is reasonable. This last time they seemed to forget to wipe down my sills and frames which was a nice touch in the past so I had to do that myself. Otherwise, they respond quickly to emails and rectified a previous issue promptly!

The crew showed up on time, advised us of their arrival, cleared the roof of snow competently, Before they left the crew cleared the snow they removed off the roof from the driveway, sidewalk, and deck.

I specifically emailed to ask if the tracks would be cleaned and it was confirmed via email that they would be wiped down. I also confirmed that the frames would be wiped. However it took them less then 10 minutes for the whole house, and the tracks weren’t even touched, the drips from the dirty water was not cleaned up and on some windows they were not even cleaned properly. In the end I ended up with dirtier window ledges and frames from the water drips and had to actually clean up behind them. Worst $200 ever spend.

Picture Perfect Window Cleaning is a reliable company to use for eavestrough and window cleaning. We have this company come out every year to service our home. If there is any problem, they immediately take care of it and their crew is awesome!

Absolutely the best! Have used them for years at our house. Worker techs are trustworthy when asked to lock gates, etc. I only had to call once fir a missed window and they came right back that same day to do it. Recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job. They also clean eavetrouphs if you book it. Charges are very reasonable.

We have used this company for several years. This is the first time we have not been totally satisfied with them. They spent less than a half hour here from time they put up ladders to time they left. Several of the windows are left with dirty water streaks on them.

New employees are treated like dirt. One person did a very good job, was praised a lot and very often by various trainer, but two people took their bad mood out on this person, verbally abused and ridiculed him, made his work dirty again and accused him of it.two days later that person was fired. During work, alcohol is consumed by some workers. Honesty and respect should be shown to new employees just as much as those who have been working there for a longer period of time.
The company has very good rules, for example no smoking in the presence of non-smokers, the company pays well, has good workers, but of the two above it was very unfair. As already mentioned, new employees should also get a chance and not be treated in such a way by bad-tempered trainers. Honesty should always come first!

They are above average with their cleaning service. They use all green approved cleaning chemical and equipment. Their staff is well-trained and professional. They have great people skills as well as product knowledge of how to properly clean and disinfect all surfaces in need

Great job. Windows look wonderful both inside & outside. We had also booked an eavestrough cleaning but when they inspected they said our gutters were clean and adjusted the bill to reflect they did not need to do anything. That was appreciated as I wouldn't have known as I was inside and didn't see what they were doing outside
