Generally our go to place for pizza because of the very thin crust and copious toppings but this time they made a mistake with the crust. When informed the office offered a free substitute when next ordering.

I love this location.even how they are so cleaned and giving good service also.pizza was yummy. Definitely coming back again

Visited this location after going to the Pembina hwy @ kirkbridge where there staff there was awful. This location in St vital is top notch. Great service. I requested how I wanted my pizza cooked and the cook did it but actually asked if I was sure that's how I wanted it cause he could make another but it was perfect how I like it. Will go back for sure.

This place is incredibly standard. Service is alright, food is alright and atmosphere is standard for a pizza joint.
They offer an 11.50 walk in special for 1 topping pick up only. It is a great price considering the amount of food you get. However, it's pizza hotline so don't expect to much. If you want quality go to Santa Lucia and or Garwood Grill.

After a lengthy debate on what to order from the menu it was decided the choice would be Calzones which are basically a large pizza pop. After calling we were informed that they have no longer continued to make them. Then why are the on the menu so we ordered the blandest excuse for a pizza one could ever imagine no sauce something miniscule that resembled a cheese product and a sprinkling of topping. Scrap this dive and go to Pizza Pizza for the same price.

0/5 …I would never suggest anyone to work at this location because I worked at this location (Meadowwood Pizza Hotline) but they did not pay me for my work. This is the worst experience of my life.

This review is from the perspective of a five-and-a-half-year-old who is, admittedly, a picky eater.
We ordered the two medium, two-topping pizzas, cheese sticks, and two drinks combo ($32.11 after taxes and delivery fee).
The pizzas were both half-and-half, so we had four varieties to choose from. We also elected for the thin crust, which I highly recommend; the regular crust from Pizza Hotline is too bready. Not only were the toppings placed with care, but the pizzas were cut incredibly evenly - much to the delight of my children.
A problem kids seem to have with pizza is when the cheese and toppings get pulled off with the first bite, usually due to an excess of sauce and leaving a mess on their plate. Not so with Pizza Hotline. From the kid's perspective: "They add just the right amount of sauce. I don't know how they do it, but it's magic. "
The delivery was fast, the service was courteous, the price was fair, and the food was enjoyed. Who could ask for more?

Ordered from the Meadowood location. I gave my info at the door and was told the pizzas would be a few more minutes, then 10 minutes later I asked again. Turned out they had been sitting who knows for how long because the owner was too busy chatting with the delivery drivers to focus on running the restaurant.
When we opened them they were some one else's pizzas. I called the order line and they wanted me to bring them back, no credits offered. I told them the mix up ruined our meal and I did not want to pay and also wanted new pizzas delivered. No dice. After a series of calls to the order line and at least 20 minutes on the phone we agreed that I would return them for a refund. They would not agree to pick them up or provide credit which is the least of what they should have done in this case. No apology from the owner when I returned the wrong pizzas as he was again much too busy chatting.
Should those drivers even be allowed in the kitchen? I didn't see any hand washing being done before they went in there. Employees standing in front of the store smoking does not make a great impression either.

I’ve been consistently ordering Pizza Hotline from the Meadowood location for a long time. It’s my favourite place to get pizza.
