Pizza Hut

I have tried pizzas from various restaurants but this the best one that i have tried. Henderson pizza hut gave me the best pizzas and the experience was also amazing.

Pizza was great. The Cinnabon’s were so tiny it was ridiculous. A total rip off for the cost.

Definitely NOT an eat-in restaurant, no matter what they tell you on the phone.there are two small cafeteria tables used for delivery drivers to wait, no plates, no cutlery, no napkins. Took long time ~35 minutes to get pizza.

People that work there are rude and don't deserve any tips and they turn away deliverys

I went to the Henderson location today to get some pizza's for my son's birthday, when it came time to eat the pizza I found something in my pizza that did not belong and it completely ruined his supper. I did get a full refund, but we will not be ordering from them again.

Employees were rude, food was not fully cooked and didn't get what we paid for. Won't be going to this place ever again.

I'm calling the District Manager. This one needs to be fired. First, we got pizza that had raw dough. We were offered credit to eat the raw pizza but asked for new pizza. She, the manager, called to ask when we were picking it up. It was a delivery order. The next time, we got pizza with toppings only in the middle. We accepted the credit of 3 pizzas. However, upon ordering again, she rudely said no! 2 mediums. Fine. We asked that it be brown on top this time with proper toppings. We got cold pizza that tasted like it was microwaved. I'm disgusted and will never ever go to pizza hut again. Very poor management and lack of tact.

Most unprofessional bunch of staff. Very sure that the location might close soon if they are not replaced. If the store owner reading this, you need to act fast.

Worst take out I've ever had-and I've had plenty subpar meals. The wings were almost meatless, shriveled, with prominent splintered bones and a weird sticky quality to basic hot sauce. Yet, while the wings were more overcooked than the turkey in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, it sort of balances out because the pizza wasn't cooked enough: you could still see that they use shredded cheese as it hadn't melted, and the dough in the middle wasn't thoroughly cooked. I don't know if this is because Pizza Hut's standards have gone through the floor to compete with the cheapest pizza places (it wasn't cheap so they aren't doing it well in that case) or just the dizzingly low standards of this location's staff and management, but it doesn't really matter as I will never eat Pizza Hut again. I may be off chain pizza entirely after this.

Just ordered two pizzas from here, they were able to deliver which was nice. Both pizzas were undercooked/raw I had to put pieces into the oven to cook up before serving to my family. I tried calling the store for a refund but waited 10 mins on the line and no one picked up. I should have read reviews before ordering, will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely horrible service, pretty much every person including me that would come in had some kind of problem and all they kept saying is I’m so sorry…

Terrible tasting pizza and not much for topping quantity whoever made this put the majority of toppings in the middle of the pizza.

Then they couldn't find my street even though I spent 20 minutes spelling it out phonetically!

Finally after she got the address she said they didn't have deals of the website

so then i call back second time, and after telling them i had issue with last person who counldnt understand they hung up on me!

Impossible to order over the phone. And online they sent my order to the wrong store. Pizza tasted good though

Three 14" pizzas cost $80 for pickup and there were slices with almost no cheese on them. Won't be going back, this is robbery. Also breadsticks are $1 each? Just nuts.

This place used to be good because it had an eat-in restaurant.now they've moved to a small pickup/delivery location in the same parking lot.so the quality has drastically reduced because they don't have to serve it to your table and look you in the face anymore.and the absolute WORST part is now there is a lounge or something in the old Pizza Hut building so every single parking spot in the strip mall lot is filled with cars that are at the lounge. I can't even park in the lot to pick up an order.they haven't had my business since.and I was already driving out of my way as the Northgate location did the same thing years ago.close restaurant, lower quality control, lose my patronage.

Charging almost $35 plus tip and you get this for a large pizza. Charging like crazy with barley any toppings. Last time i order pizza hut. Flying pizza costs XL for $20 with a lot of toppings. Shame!

Ordered from this location. 4 hrs later still no pizza. Even though I get an email asking how it was. Tried to talk to the location via phone, no one answered. Their customer service is definitely not there. I will never order from any pizza hut again. Worst ever. Stay away from them.

Poor customer service and missing order. I ordered pizza from here the other day. The delivery time estimate originally said 6: 47 then it switched to 7: 15. By 7: 30 there was no pizza but I received a notification that it had been delivered. When calling the store I had to wait on hold for over 10 minutes. When I finally got through to a customer service rep they seemed to think that this was normal and that my order should arrive shortly. Unfortunately it did not and I had to call back and wait on hold for another 10 minutes for a refund. I really don't understand how a delivery being over an hour late and then being lost could be considered normal. As a customer I feel that this is unacceptable especially when you are trying to coordinate a meal for your children who need to go to bed by a certain time. I would suggest that people order from somewhere else especially when their competitors seem to go out of their way if you are not satisfied.

We took veg pizza and it tastes good. I belive they concentrate more on deliveries because I saw less seating capacity.

Pizza was horrible. Very unappetizing. Barely any toppings. Crust wasn't crispy. I'll never order from there again. They had no ham for ham and pineapple. I use to love there pizza now its not worth it.

I had stopped buying Pizza Hut for a long time because the quality wasn't there anymore. The pizzas didn't have enough cheese and always kept making mistakes in my order. But I decided to give it a try again and I had order a couple of times in the past couple of months and I saw a big improvement. Keep up the good work.

I have very bad experience. No toppings on the pizza. I will never buy pizza hut from you guys again. You need better staff may be.

I have always been a big Pizza Hut fan but this place made me switch to Dominos in this neighborhood. The last order I made was the final straw. I ordered it for delivery, watched the tracking online. It completed cooking and was waiting for a driver pick up for 45 minutes. Then when it finally got picked up it went north of the store first which I live south so I guess they did another delivery first, I called the store asking if my pizza sat that whole time waiting and getting cold before the driver took it and they just said its on the way. I asked for a supervisor to call me back and they said they were busy and one would call me shortly. No one ever called. I finally got my pizza almost an hour later which was just over 2 hours from the time I ordered it and according to the tracker on the site it was cooked sitting for over 1.5 hours. This was in winter and the pizza felt like it was in a fridge when the driver delivered it. No one ever called back from the store like I was promised. Never ordering again thanks to this store.

Such a very bad experience.i had two large pizzas, and look at the toppings on pizza. Even it was not baked properly. Seriously i got disappointed from this location.

We did the 555 special and The timing was right, ton of toppings, The dough was so fresh and tasty, pizza was delicious, so kudos to Pizzahut on Springfield and Henderson hwy

As you can see from the pictures I ordered a Canadian pizza which comes with bacon mushrooms and pepperoni, add feta. What I received was a cheese pizza with feta and on my Caesar was the most burnt bacon I have seen in a very long time the last time was when I burned it myself at home not in a professional restaurant. I'm extremely disappointed and regret not ordering something from a more reliable restaurant.

Poor service! I was told my order would be ready in about half an hour... I was kept waiting for close to 60 minutes. It will be a while before I'd consider going back.

Great customer service! A minor issue which was not a big problem and staff went above and beyond!

The pizza was bigger/fluffier than expected, which was nice but it was a little to greasy for my liking and that made it kinda gross for taking for lunch the next day.aha

Just ordered a half and half pizza. Picked it up and luckily I looked at it was wrong then they found mine and got it home it's cold and dry and no toppings. Like it was cooked hrs ago

The weirdest experience I think we have ever had at a restaurant. They were either poorly trained or just short staffed. The waitress we had was struggling - I think she was the only waitress in the whole place. But she kept a smile on her face and apologized for the wait. With some support she would have had a better service today.

They brought us the wrong size pizza (and the wrong crust type on one pizza), and once they brought the correct pizza we were all super confused. When a Supervisor came over to see how things were going we explained the mix up. He took the wrong pizza's off the bill, so that was nice. We told him that despite the mix up with our food our waitress was great, and he replied with 'yeah, she's new'. Which is why I believe our experience was due to lack of support and staffing to workflow.

Went for the lunch buffet and was greeted by this awesome younger man upon entry. Wasn't a particularly busy day but he was kind, and had a nice flow to how he treated customers. Was really impressed with this level of service for a pizza joint (Maybe other restaurants have been slacking but i digress) but overall had a great experience and felt accommodated. Should probably give that guy a raise to try to keep him! He could make a ton of tips elsewhere.

My favorite pizza place here in Winnipeg! Always great food and service along with peaceful atmosphere!

Good service. Pizza slices are not greasy and are delicious.

Ate here last night and is it me or are the toppings getting more sparce as they years go by.the pizza had maybe 5 pieces of pepperoni on the entire thing.

Went for the buffet this afternoon. What great service. Our server/manager was the best. Only one working the lunch rush and everything was spot on.

My daughter loves the breadsticks, pizza is good and the service at this location has always been great!

Ordered a double bacon pizza and got a cheese with two pieces of bacon on it not worth 30 bucks

Unusual visit. Four pizzas. All of them had next to no sauce on them. Very strange. Not the norm. Very disappointing.

The lunch buffet is good if you can fight through all the city workers taking their lunch break they are using the pizza to hide the booze smell eminating from their body's from the night or perhaps the morning. The staff is friendly and pizza is consistent. Unless one of the swine who think they service our city takes a whole pizza for them self's the salad is good too di I mention the lazy city workers?

Waited 45 minutes for a Pizza that was still uncooked. This place should close down, not recommend

Service was a little slow, but the food and customer service were awesome. Thanks too the awesome waiter we had he did an amazing job.

I love this location and today was absolutely FANTABULOUS We came for the Seniors Buffet and it was soooooo yummy. Erica whom waited on us was awesome and we will be back you couldn't keep us away. Thanku Pizza Hut.

I took my girlfriend out for supper the food was good, it was very dead in the restaurant, and cold but it was good

Pizza in the buffet was great. Overall buffet was very simple. But worththe price. Bathroom was clean too. Only complaint was the table was sticky. Possible cleaning product not strong enough table appeared clean at first glance
