Pizza Hut

Charged my card 6 times and still failed to process my order. If your gonna have a app/website it better damn well work. Will not be bothering trying to order again. Thanks for wasting over a hour for me to not get any food. Great service. NOT!

Called in and ordered they told me it would be done in 15? Min. Get there 20 min later and they tell me i never called so they didnt have an order

Would be a whole lot better if the buffet was back! Covid definitely knocked out lots of great family places. Pizza is great!

Can't dine in there for years in Steinbach, so thought we'd take out. Walked in to p/u & it smelled like sewer in there.sat down to wait & there was mold all around the window & the wallpaper was coming off & mold all around the bottom of the walls everywhere.the Pizza was good, but coming out of a place with those strong smells & condition, we won't be ordering from there again any time soon.the building should probably be torn down.

This place dont even deserve even 1 star.
Person working in front (Sahil) messed up our order. Then blammed us for placing wrong order. Never appologized for their messup.

Worst customer service experience.

No longer offer dine in at all. For some reason this is the only pizza hut in all of canada that i have to tell to put toppings on top of the cheese. Doesnt matter to me about how you feel where toppings go, but there is consistency expected from chain restaurants. That being said the pizza is greasy delicious pizza hut and the staff is nice.

*update* ehhh i just wont be eating here anymore. They still put the toppings under the cheese. The last pizza i got had roasted garlic as a topping and i dont know what theyre thinking, but handfuls of what tasted like raw garlic under the cheese is inedible.

Not sure why they don’t answer the phone then leave you on hold forever when they do end up answering:/

I’m a huge Pizza Hut fan, always have been. I’ve eaten at express locations and dine in restaurants back before Covid… never have I ever been so disgusted with the food and lack of sanitary measures as I was last week at this location. My bill was incorrect, the two women working didn’t have masks or gloves, the pizza was raw and literally dough. When I expressed concern in hopes I could get a new pizza the woman working sat down and said they are turning the oven off so I’d have to just deal with it. Do yourself a favour and go to Dominos.

Every time I order from pizza hut, I'm reminded of why I don't order from pizza hut.
I know it makes your delivery times look better when you mark something as delivered when its not. But when you do deliver it with no contact, how is the customer supposed to know its out there to begin with.

Seriously? Either you inform in advance that you are doing just favor or deliver good food for what we are paying you

The take-out service was normal; ok but this was the worst pizzas I've ever had. Super thin, cheese texture was like rubber, maybe 6 pieces of pineapple few pieces of ham; basically a cheese pizza. So was the second one that was suppose to be some type of special as seen in picture.
The $5 frozen pizzas from grocery stores taste way better than this. We will never go back.

This place was trash. We called around 6: 50pm and ordered 2 pizzas for 8: 15pm. They said that was fine and we thought nothing of it. Terns out they close at 8pm which we only found out after our dinner never came.

Their online system screwed up, and we we given a pizza that we never would have ordered in a million years (we wanted a personal pan pizza for our son, who can only eat plain cheese), we were given a bbq chicken pizza erroneously (allegedly due to their terrible online system) and they refused to make it right. Terrible customer service.

The food was delivered in a taxi. Something they don't mention. It's not a Pizza Hut employee handling your food, how is this even allowed by the Franchise? Pizza and breadsticks were cold.

Service was good as usual, but the pizza was not fully cooked. We live 20 minutes out of town and of course we only notice when we get home to eat. Not worth the drive back, but also very disappointing to have undercooked pizza that we have to finish baking at home.

I was craving Pizza Hut and ultimately I was disappointed. We ordered a large 1/2 & 1/2 style stuffed crust pizza. To start the receipt for our order was actually in the pizza box with our pizza which frankly I find unsanitary. Also the pizza was kind of scattered in the box which is curious bc I made sure to carry it flat until we got home. The toppings were not half and half. There were some slices that had all topping from both sides (I don’t mean just a little, I would have no problem with a little overlap but this was clearly just carelessness.) the pizza was cut horribly. Like I kid you not we probably had at least 2 slices that were literally 2 inches wide at the crust, very poorly cut and then sent out like that? Very questionable judgment there. The crust was also hard and our marinara (that came with our breadsticks which by the way were probably the only thing that was good in our order) was cold. All and all we were very disappointed with our order tonight. Don’t think we will be returning to this location.

Place sure has gone down hill.waitress should find a new job. Not friendly at all.quality of pizza is not there anymore either.skimpy toppings and cheese

3 experiences now with a particular young female, working late afternoon and evening shift. She is loud, rude. I was talking and the people outside looked at me and couldn't believe she was over speaking so then I spoke my mind and she flipped it on me. The young man taking orders was a prince tho.

October 10th from 8-9pm, we were the only 2 people in the entire restaurant. They asked if they could vacuum while we were waiting for our food. Odd but it was nice that they asked. Then our power went out. It remained out our entire remaining stay and we ate in the dark. None of the employee's came to us to address the situation or ask if everything was okay. At the end of our meal I asked if we could use our 20% discount card (a paper coupon) and they said no because the power is out. Instead of making the meal free like any other establishment would have. We ate our cold pizza in the dark with absolutely the worst service you could possibly ask for in a Pizza Hut restaurant, and paid full price. I will never go here again and neither will anyone in our family.

Used to be good but everytime i order here reassures me that this place is a lost cause. Food arrived cold yet again stuffed crust under cooked and thin and crispy is thin and soggy but this time i find out they use a cab service to deliver i gave it an extra star due to them taking onus and trying again with my order which the thin and crispy was still yet soggy, for $40 plus for 2 pizzas and bread sticks seems a bit steep with a bogo. Its a shame this place is in a downward spiral well at least for delivery options. I might order again but will probably stick with dominos for chain pizza places

I was always exited about having pizza in pizza hut and i had good experience in ontario with pizza hut. My friend had bad experience before as well he order online and when he went for pick up they even didn't prepare the pizza. Second time he ordered they gave burn pizza. They have very very poor service even though they gave burn pizza and he complained they didn't care about it, they just ignored him. And now finaly today we went there for buffet and it was really worst servise I ever had. I really appreciate pizza hut's food but on same time if there is worst service who is like to eat there. They all have face like they don't want to work and lazy people. That's why Domino's in steinbach have more sale beacuse over there people are so good in service and also fast. If I can give negetive star I will do that for this worst place I ever had. Really now I never would like to go to pizza hut specially in steinbach. Dominos service is far way better than this people.
Worst. Worst place. One star is just for food.
