Pizza Hut

Just got put on hold over n over waited over 20 minutes just to order (dosent help that the call ends at 5 minutes of waiting) just a bad experience over all

Owner Countinual harassment and disrespectful. Moreover Rude and Aggressive. Donot have manner to talk with anyone.

In town for work. Ordered pasta from here because it was a long travel day. It arrived luke warm at best. Asked for salt and pepper didn't get it. Asked for utensils didn't get them. Delivery guy said he could only take cash when he got here, but when I ordered I was never told this. I don't carry cash. Horrible customer service. Won't order again.

Ordered cheese sticks through the Eat24 app and they sent me the wrong order. I called them at 4: 30pm, they said they would replace it ASAP. I gave up waiting since it’s now 5: 50pm lol I used to work at Pizza Hut as a teenager, from what I recall it only takes about 7 mins to run it through the oven unless that changed then what’s the excuse of their lack of customer service.

Terrible! Got my order wrong.called to complain and the manager just defended himself and wasn't willing to give me a credit.in fact he really didn't care that I wasn't happy! When I said h lost a customer he didn't care about that either! Tipped the driver before I knew the order was wrong.but he knew and couldn't leave fast enough when I figured it out.business want you to support them and I do but this place could care less about customer satisfaction! Never will I support them again and I will share my experience with everyone.and to think this could have been rectified with the common courtesy of an apology and a credit for the pizza I didn't get. Awful! The star is for the girl who answered the phone and seemed sorry about my experience. SHE whoever she is should be the manager!

The two guys working did a great job! Excellent customer service and food was great! Keep up the good work

No, not what was expected from Pizza Hut. It is very rare we don't enjoy pizza, however, today our pizza looked extra dark/burnt and the taste wasn't that good either. Perhaps, improving the quality of ingredients will help.

Had to wait ages for our food. Salads were soggy. The portions were a joke. The pizza wasn't properly seasoned. The building is run down and clean as a gravel road. This place is a joke - too bad I couldn't laugh about it!
