Pizza Hut Winnipeg

Quick service. The Mediterranean veggie pizza was good. I prefer to have lots of pizza toppings though. I like the taste of pan pizza, but its been years since Ive actually ordered it because I prefer thin wheat or cauliflower crust and don't actually eat all that crust / white dough. The veggie pasta could have had more veggies throughout instead of just at the bottom making it more noodle heavy.

Bought the 3 pizza deal. 1 was the cheese, which had barely any cheese. Other 2 pizzas were undercooked and like 3 table spoons of sauce. I should've just went to my normal Autumnwood Pizza Hut.

Only reason I gave service 3 stars for service criteria was due to the fact the cashier warned me nicely that the boxes were hot.

Received pizzas with incorrect customizations. Left survey with comments and website feedback, have not been contacted yet. Will not order from here again if they cannot even follow simple orders.

I ordered by delivery and never arrived. I waited for 2 hours and never arrived. Horrible service, horrible experience. No recommended.

Ordered a stuffed crust for delivery. The pizza was dry and the cheese in the crust was inedible. Shame on you, Pizza Hut, for screwing up your business reputation. May your franchise location go out of business soon so a real pizza restaurant can take over their lease!

This place is a very busy location, I’ve gone there a few times and they always seem swamped with orders. Regardless of this they’ve always been very kind and helpful, if they make a mistake they’re very good about trying to correct it.

I placed an order on Christmas Eve online and set the pickup time to 5: 30 not realizing that they were supposed to be closed at 5, I felt awful when I showed up at 5: 20 but they were still very friendly and kind.

The pizza tastes just like Pizza Hut should!

I ordered a simple 9” pizza and my delivery did not come for over an hour. I called customer service and was waiting on the line for over 20 minutes and then it told me all reps were busy. I call back a second later and someone told me they hadn’t checked they’re skip orders and just punched it in. That by it self took another 20 minutes. At this point I don’t even feel like eating pizza hut.

Been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. Tried calling to find out the ETA on my order as it was over 1 hour late. Julie hung up on me, she would not connect me to the physical restaurant, lied to me about it being en route, and said she was the supervisor when I asked to speak to one (highly doubt that or this company is in deep trouble) Pizza Hut now has my money, and I have no food, a hang up and no other recourse other than driving to this location… AVOID at all cost. Choose Pizza Pizza for better service, Santa Lucia for a better albeit more expensive product or pizza hotline for quick and easy.

We tried the website for deal of the day, website wouldn't take it so phoned.
Was told on the phone that deal couldn't be given by phone but to come down so down we go but then told had to use website so at home with Boston Pizza. Not driving a half hour round trip again because management can't figure out how to work with customers.

I ordered this for my birthday, it was good but they don't put too much sauce which is disappointing, and the cheese in the stuffed crust pizza was cold

Three weeks ago I went to order pizza here in person and internet would not work to order vegetarian pizza on Saturday. Phoned earlier and the phone just was ringing but nobody was picking up. It was like 1120 and pizzahut was open till midnight but the manager tefuse to give me special deal for Saturday instead said I would have to pay full price. I haven't ordered pizza from this location for 6 months as last time I got sick with upset stomach and diarrhea. I thought I give it try tonight and got a vegetarian pizza which was overcooked on top and on bottom it was soft like a dough not cooked properly. The pizza was so soggy and gross. Not much toppings and cheese was kind of dry and hard. I think I am done with pizzahut never ordering from them again. Last two times I got pizza from domino's and will order from them again. Useless to complain to head office nothing gets done. Think it's time for pizza hut to close down all locations. I was so disgusted with pizza tonight. I went tonight on march 13 to give it another it was obious that I was not welcomed into the restaurant for writing a review. So if write a review please dont go into this restaurant as it will used against you. I was so hurt that staff cannot behave professionally and was spiteful because of my review. I guess cant go their anymore.

My family and I love pizza hut but for the last ten years it feels like they don't want my business. My experience today, try the website. It has rejected the password I use (in my phone memory) I have to reset. This does work, I think but the site won't let me enter my address which it requires before it will let me even see the menu let alone enter what I want.

So like an adult I decide to call and see if a human will take my order. But after recommending I use the website I have been listening to the hold music for 20 minutes and have been writing this for the last 5 min of that.

Previous to this they wouldn't deliver to my house despite being in a major city and less than 4 km from 2 locations.

Awful management. Awful staff. "Ran out of dough for my pizzas" and waited until I was in the restaurant (40 min after my order was placed) to inform me of this. No attempted phone call or other communication. Will never return to this location again. Very unprofessional.

This Pizza Hut location always has my order ready when I arrive for pick up, and the staff have always been friendly and polite to me over the last two years of biweekly ordering.

I haven't had a pizza yet from the last six orders be on time according to the website. Maybe pizza hut should look at the system that Dominos uses. Absolutely disappointing, if a rating less then 1 could be given i would!

Ordered a pizza online at 6: 56 pm to be delivered at 8pm. After checking in the system the pizza was not even in the oven, trying to contact the store by phone for 20 minutes and no answer, going to store to check the problem 8: 35pm and the supervisor told me that they don't have enough dough. I asked for refund and he said no refund possible until three days. The only option to wait 30 minutes more to receive my pizza. So disappointing service.

I had good experience here. Hot! Delicious! Worth it. It’s bit expensive but worth it. One best brand. I tried so many brand but this is my first time in pizza hut. Definitely recommend to others.

They never answer their phones. I try phoning this pizza hut everytime I'm craving pizza and ill sit on hold usually for an hour at a time before anyone answers. They seriously need to fix this problem.

Ordered for delivery, never showed. Tried calling restaurant 5 times and nobody answered. Ordered from Pizza Hotline on Meadowood, and got better service and cheaper pizza; they'd get 5 stars.

Update: I finally a call back, but no apology for the inconvenience.

INCREDIBLY difficult online ordering format. I spent 30 minutes TRYING to order 2 pizzas and it would not let me pay without ordering more. You would think with the level of professionalism expected of this place they would at least have their online business functioning properly. I can't even read what I'm typing g right now, that's how well it works

Waited for 2 HOURS to get 2 pizzas. Online tracking doesn't work! Long call wait times! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Better go to dominoes! DONT BUY FROM PIZZA HUT!

I would give it no star at all if I can. Poor customer service over the phone. The way they talk to their customer is such a bad communication and customer service. Id rather drive to the other Pembina location to get my pizza than here. The other Pembina location, their food tastes better too. I recommend whoever is reading this to give the other location Stafford/ Pembina a try.

Over $15 for a pizza slightly larger than my hand, and nothing special either. It’s the last time I am wasting my money with this chain.

If I could give this place a 0 I would.ordered pepperoni and mushroom and bacon. Got crumbled bacon instead of strips and no pepperoni. It was burnt and cold as hell. Save your money. Never again.

Trying to use deceptive advertising, but probably all of them have 5$ sign for pizza but you have to buy a regular large pizza first.went to this branch twice already waiting to be served (waited too long). And not even asked whats my order.or if i can wait a bit longer they just keep talking to themselves.if they are backed up might as well upgrade the place to a bigger one or hire more people.if you can go to somewhere else.dont go to this one.

We ordered pick up. A med pepperoni and a large supreme. Told us 45 mins. We actually ended up going within an hour. The girl did not seem to know how to work the time duration cause 3 other people were waiting. Ended up waiting another 20 mins. Got home.a med supereme was in a large box. So we ended up have 2 med pizza's while I paid for 1 large. Tried to call back no answer. Tried to call back the next day no one answer. We live in St.norbert so to drive back that night was hassel. Wish we did though. Won't be ordering from here again.

Expensive for just another pizza. Don't bother going in restaurant. They won't seat you for a long time. Twice went there and was ignored standing waiting for a table.

Best VALUE pizza around the area. Walking distance from my work place and definitely get really good deals for a quick lunch when I haven't got food during my shift. Wish they had the creamy butter chicken on their "$10 daily pizza" deals

Pizza hut is gooood.
I would've given it 5 * but pizza was mildly over cooked, seemed like they could turn the oven down.just a little bit, there was only a online deal, you couldn't get it in store and I was in the neighborhood already where the store was so that was inconvenient and it took quite a while longer than estimated (it was friday at 6pm though). The check out girl was on point.did her job well.just didn't really seem like she wanted to be there. It was like she got in trouble before her shift started. Ifsofactoso. I get it.

Poor to owful manner of taking in delivery order. The woman took my order very erratically and rushed me through the order and hanged up without confirming order detail. Poor customer service.

Friendly and helpful! Saved me about $30 on my previous visit by informing and suggesting that I'd get a better deal if i ordered online. So I did, right in the restaurant; and sure enough my bill was about $30 less with the SAME order! Thank you very much!

The best and underrated Pizza Place in Winnipeg Canada, with best customer service and best pizza options and awesome Toppings.

Worst Pizza Hut EVER!
Pizza hut has the best pizza but this location makes me sad and not worth the hassle.
Staff don't answer the phone, and when they do they don't know how to properly.
I was transferred to a Quebec location today because the staff didn't understand the street name when I spelled it out? This is sad and Pizza Hut needs to audit this location if they still want business. I'm so mad!

I had a lady took my order over the that was very rude and hostile. She couldn’t understand my address and hang up on me. I called right back and was put on hold for very long and my call was cut off. Go else where, this location has a terrible customer service.
