Pizza Hut Winnipeg

This was the worst pizza ever if you can call it that - soggy dough - no cheese - lots of soupy sauce to cover up the no cheese. When we called them after it was delivered as my husband ordered extra cheese they had nothing to say or better yet he couldn't understand what they were saying so he passed the phone to me but I had to ask them to repeat over and over as their Indie/Pakistani accent was so heavy that I couldn't understand - gave up - never again will we be ordering from that place.

We ordered 2 pizzas on line. They called back to say they were out of jalapenos. Tried to order another pizza and they said it was to late as it was already in the oven. Not great service. They did not so much as even offer something else. They made up what they thought we would be happy with. NOT! Picked up pizza, came home and it was inedible. Crust was like card board, yet toppings were soggy. Disgusted and will never order again from them. They don't deserve my money!

Was going to place an order but dominoes seems like a better option now after seeing the reviews

What a complete disappointment.
We ordered our normal 2 large pizzas and 1 gluten free. (We are from Ontario and order from Pizza Hut all of the time at home). We were heading home and hadn’t had lunch so we thought pizza to go would be great. Well when I got there she didn’t make the gluten free one, so we had to wait. No apologies, no discount, nothing. Fine whatever.
I specifically told her we need it cut as we are travelling and have to way of cutting it ourself.
Came back and she told me she couldn’t cut it. I explained again that it’s for my 9 year old son and we are travelling, so it has to be cut. Ok. So 10 minutes and a whole lot of drama later she gives me our pizza. I wish I took a picture. The gluten free pizza looked like throw up with pepperoni on it. Slopped into the box, soggy dough with pieces just all over the box. I went in and asked for a refund and told her I didn’t want any of my order. She was upset because the other pizzas were fine and the gluten free pizza wouldn’t have looked like that if she didn’t cut it… except it was still soggy/raw in the whole Center so wether it was cut or not, it was still a mess.
Also, did she expect me to feed the rest of my family pizza while my 9 year old had nothing? Thankfully the manager (I think) listened and refunded me. Now we are on the road with very disappointed kids. Note to self, go with subway when in Winnipeg… it’s a safe bet.

I only rated the food 3 stars because although it's great pizza that we all love, it's been the same for so long. The wings used to be amazing and now they're always over cooked (even when asked to take a minute off cook time) and shriveled up.dry as heck.
The pizzas are delicious. Always have been. Only gripe would be pricing. Removing a topping online and then substituting it for another standard topping should NOT cost $3.00. The same amount of ingredients are still going on the pizza. And pizza hut may be the only place that charges EXTRA for extra sauce. They hardly put any on at all to begin with.
In conclusion: tried, tested, and truly awesome pizza. The pricing, sides and wings could just use some serious work. Thanks for all the great pizza parties, guys!

Was hoping to have a lovely family dinner at home, since my son's fish died today but instead it turned a nightmare of a dinner.

Order showed up
1 hour later then claimed it would. The order claimed to be delivered when it wasnt, upon calling the restaurant and waiting on hold 15minutes we were told there is an issue, no S***. So we waited as instructed another few minutes as they had an issue with the first delivery person. The second guy drove around the block a couple times and only once i aftually got dressed and came out to greet the delivery person. I saw him walk from down the block, even though he passed our house twice.

The deliver person was on hisnpersonal cell talking in his naitive language clearly not giving a S***

Slices where cut willy nilly and one of the pizzas was partly cooked. Definitly will never go here again. Wouldnt be surprised if i end up with food poising from the few bites i had.

If I could give it less that one star I would was charged for an order that was not complete got someone else's order and would've only been half my order it is called double check before u send out for delivery

I guess shame on me for not checking the order but you seriously have 1 job.
Bites not sauced, pizza looks like it fell before it baked, missing toppings on half the pizza and to top it off im missing my salad.

You pay for a big one and you get a little less than a medium size. What a deal! Tastes a bit better than Little Ceasars. 25$ for a little mediocre pizza. Not worth it!

Pizza Hut is the only pizza with a crust with a taste to augment the take out experience. This Pizza Hut is terrible in every way.

This location is absolute garbage. Pizzas show up with large bare spots with no toppings or cheese (even if you pay extra), they forget dips you paid for, and that's if the pizza even shows up at all! We ordered for later and when we checked around the time our order was supposed to arrive it said it was delivered. Nope. No pizza and no one will answer the phone.

Pizza needed more sauce and less cook time. Fries were nearly inedible, overcooked and full of grease. Prob wouldn't eat here again

The owners of this place are stingy. They think are smart but it's poor customer service. Everytime you try to get a box deal they try to tell you that they ran out of expensive toppings like chicken. They put in minimum effort. Pizza hut was considered a good pizza chain restaurant but this location sucks. Save your money and go to another place.
