Unbelievably terrible service. Right from the person on the phone not ever being able to understand the simplest of concept, to the drivers who come and POUND like a swat team. Since pizza pizza came to Winnipeg the quality has just plummeted in the service area. Doesn't help that the person on the phone might as well be a toddler and that the language barrier is taller than the US Mexico border wall.
Good luck asking for extra sauce on a pizza. Even asking for extra the thing is still bone dry because these guys cut corners wherever they can. A decent pizza place turned to trash because of cheap standards and rude id¡ots.

Pizza is so amazing. Their crust is just right and the toppings are generous. It's a great spot for a quick pizza fix!

Such a great experience eating at this restaurant. The service was top notch and the food quality was very high. Staff members are always friendly and the spot is always kept clean. Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles.

Took about an hour and a half to get our pizza delivered. Pizza was cold when we got it. Watched the driver on the app drive away from our house and head to a different part of the city to do deliveries before coming to our house when we literally live 6 blocks away. Called customer service to see what was going on. First person was not helpful and then we got to talk to a manager and that call got cut off. Instead of calling us right back like a good manager would do. They just never called back. So we called and got put on hold for 10 minutes and eventually we just gave up. The moral of the story is at Pizza Pizza the drivers will take multiple deliveries with your pizza and your pizza will be cold by the time you get it.

The pizza's in general from Pizza Pizza don't blow my mind, but what I really love and crave from them are the wings and deep fried pickles! I get them once a month, and they never disappoint. YUM! And the staff has always been polite when I stop-in for pickup.

Got sent a completely incorrect order. When I called the restaurant and offered to drive there myself and exchange the incorrect order, they refused. I am now out money and am stuck with pizzas nobody wants. Do not recommend!

As of typing this been waiting 30 minutes since my food has been sent out for delivery for a less than 10 minute drive, not a chance I’m ordering from here again

Talked to Umar just 5 minutes ago and he seemed to be very much irritated and his tone was very much bossy. When I just gave him a taste of his own medicine, then he listened and when I asked his name, he just started acting like a gentleman.

Lots of BBQ sauce.had to wipe it odd with paper towels to make it eatable.but crust was crunchy.

We ordered from pizza pizza through skip the dishes and I’m sorry to say I’ve had the worst experience with this restaurant tonight. The order tracking had told us our pizza had been delivered, but there was no pizza delivered to our doorstep or anywhere in sight of our address, we called pizza pizza directly and the customer support was terrible, after being on hold forever the operator told us to “just contact customer support for tracking of our order” I told them we already did and were told our pizza has been delivered on their record but our pizza was not there. He kept repeating the same thing and did nothing to help, no refund. No replacement. Needless to say we wasted $30 tonight as we still did not receive our order and the operator had rudely hung up on us.
Would not recommend this place.

Pizza pizza is mid level pizza and mid level price. It's not much better then little ceasers but also it's much more expensive.

I don't hate it but it's never my go to.

If you want a good alternative to dominos this is your ticket.

UNSANITARY and DIRTY WORK HABITS, STAY AWAY, (good place to go if you want to get sick) I witnessed cross-contamination;handling money and handling food without handwashing in between, not clean not smart, also only one person working with the lineup of 8 to 10 people waiting with customers getting frustrated while waiting in line, it was not a good experience I will not go to Pizza Pizza again, yuk

I ordered 3 pizzazz and all are very tasty. Friendly staff and varity of food. It's good place to go with friends and family.

I started ordering from this location last year.
But their taste is definitely going low.
And also not satisfied with the customer service.
Please hire someone who can actually make good pizza. Been disappointed seriously.

Well this is not first time for a bad+worse experience on Henderson highway location. It's second time. This time on safety and health issue. We ordered for a pan pizza and we saw guy making pizza with mask down from his nose and adjusting mask from front with no gloves not sanitizing hander with no washing his hands. I ask don't you guys use hand gloves he said no. Is this safety measure pizza pizza uses. Now I don't want to chat to pizza pizza feedback. That's not acceptable at all. People are dying with Covid. GET UP PIZZA PIZZA HENDERSON HIGHWAY.

I saw only Punjabi Girl Working everywhere from order from order taking to handing them out. Seriously? Only one Employee for 10 orders? Why you guyz are saving on labour? Your business exist and earn profit because of employees and now you start exploiting them. I stand with that single employee who is working hard to give their best. Hire more staff and stop exploiting international students. Also I will make sure that I share this with my friends and bring your rating down so that the owner/manager is aware of the situation.

I just ordered large pizza. I am very much disappointed with their representation and customer service. I will not prefer to order from there.

Last day I visited this place and there was only one employee (girl) student which was working and no other colleagues were working. She was no worried and nervous she has to manage more than 10 order by herself. The manger did not post any other employee to help her or even that day.the manager is punjabi and that’s very bad and disrespectful toward an employee because if the students are working that does not mean they are not human you guys are treating them so badly.

The employee is good but she is working alone to manage all the orders, Desi owner has to respect the employee work, she has just two hands. I hope they will increase the staff.

Instructions were not followed, delivery was also late. When i told the delivery please deliver pizza on time from next time, he said order from the other store. Totally unprofessional

I visited the store today and there was a big line up of customers and seems like there was only one employee working at the store. She was the only one working and trying to handle the workload of online and walk-in orders. I was shocked and felt so bad for her. THIS IS CRAZY AND INHUMAN. IMA REPORTING THIS TO PIZZA PIZZA CORPORATE OFFICE.

Nav is pizza artist, she makes delicious pizza with handful of topping and cheese.i would recommend everyone to try her pizza. Thanks Nav

Did order few things, onion Rings were not cooked properly plus they were so much oil seem they took out before they become crunchy!

Pizza was very delicious. Toppings were fresh. I like their pizza because they have pizzas with Indian flavours which are highly delicious. Arshnoor was very good in customer service

While picking the order. My pizz fell from my hand. Their manager saw it. Came running to me and ask if he can Replace the pizzas for me. I was very happy with their service.

I went yesterday to this pizza store.they are not following safety measures for covid 19. Boy who was making pizza there was not wearing mask and gloves. Lady there was not wearing gloves. Is there any place i can complaint. I will not go to that store again. Thank you!

It's small location but still has enough room for ten people to Dine in great service for pick up needs direct websites for each locations I'd start with store numbers

I wouldnt recommend this place & I will never order from there again. The pizza tastes like cardboard & they don't know how to make a salad. Usually Caesar salad is made with romaine lettuce, not iceburg lettuce. Total waste of money.

Ordered food, never showed, after 45 min finally called back, they said they tried to call and say they didn’t have the brownies so they decided it wasn’t worth delivering? Not worth ordering from here, even when you get your food it’s not really that good. Go for dominoes, Pizza Hut, or if you want the best pizza in the city go for Santa Lucia.

I ordered pizza, wedge potatoes and wings. The wedge potatoes were very crispy and hot. When I ate the wings, I could see that it was very fresh.

Their food is good there it's just too bad there such a rough time trying to order, their communication skills there suck.

Got 20 wimgs with bbq on the wimgs amd I get home open the box and barely any sauce on the wings.

This is the third time we have ordered and the pizza was very low-quality we ordered 3 times The crust was dried out and burnt every time we will never order again

Food quality and taste is not good as compare to other Pizza Pizza stores. Customer handling is also not that good.

It' used to be one of the best pizza pizza, but now staff is lil rude and food not taste as good as expected.
