Worst trailer i ever bought. The ramp pin was missing on purchase, so the ramp fell vertically on my feet and broke 2 toes, ruining my first season. Next season, the replaced pin broke on the road and the ramp door went flying on the highway causing panic to drivers behind me, and ultimately causing me extreme back pain since i had to drag it up onto the truck alone. WARRANTY WAS NOT HONORED. How can it be my fault if the pin broke on the road! Canadiantire helped fixing it but no replacement for the ramp that was scrapped, bent, and driven over by cars that couldn't avoid it? Not to mention the damage to my car when sliding it on my brand new truck in the middle of the highway!
