Called KIA service late in day about my air (4pm) to see if possibly having it looked at, I was able to swing by quick to have it check even though they were busy.
This is why I have stuck with KIA all these years of having KIA. The vehicle serves me and so do the staff. Great business! Keep it up, appreciate being able to be squeezed in

Great experience. We were treated like individuals and not $signs. All the Kia staff are friendly, patient, and trustworthy, plus a 10-year bumper to bumper warranty. Thank you greatly for the great experience and my daughters first car.

Horrible service had a time slot for oil change wait an hour after the time, still didn't get it done, left
Rude customer service, horrible experiences at this dealership on more then one occasion, would not buy a car there again.

We had a fantastic experience at Planet Kia. I had sent a message on their site and Kira responded super quickly about the vehicle in question. We talked some more over the week and ended up driving out from Winnipeg on New Year's Eve to look at it. Rish had the car all ready to test drive and was super welcoming, relaxed, and just a genuinely nice dude. We decided to buy, and they ended up speeding everything along so that we could get to Autopac before it closed early due to the holiday. Every other person we spoke with at Planet Kia was genuinely lovely and seemed to enjoy working there, which is always a good sign. Getting the deal done and then getting the vehicle after were SUPER easy and quick, and we could not be more appreciative of how human everything felt. Our next vehicle will probably be a Kia simply because I want to deal with these fine folks again.

Initial Dealing Was good but When I bought it one month back Humming Issue Came, Suggested me to change tyres, which i did still issue is there. Now Yesterday When I visited there asking for 130$ to check and even Service team behavior was rude. Seems like don't care about customers. I really hope Owner will do something on this. Quality is really compromised in KIA Seltos which I feel.

We had been looking around at cars for a while (Fall of 2020). Everywhere we had gone the experience was just “ok”. One day in the early spring of 2022 I decided to phone Planet Kia in Brandon to compare. I spoke with Rish and was immediately sold on using Planet Kia for our purchase. Every we have worked with at Planet Kia has blown our expectations away and made this such a seamless experience. We finally found a vehicle we love and that works for us and our needs. If I could give negative stars I'd give them all!

Booked a service over 2 weeks ago and gave them an 8 hour time frame (10am to 5pm) to pick up my SUV do an oil change and bring it back when it was finished. They FORGOT about it. I ended up having to call them at 4: 30 to see what was going on and the guy on the phone flat out admitted they forgot about the appointment! Then he says "I'll send someone right now to pick it up at the hospital! Keep an eye out for them! " (I'm no where near the hospital) I ask "why there? It should be noted that they need to come to my work and go to the reception desk for the key? Its been waiting there since I got here at 9: 30" he stammered an apology out and agreed it was in the notes and said again that someone was on their way "right now". 5: 45pm rolls around so I call AGAIN because STILL! NO ONE CAME! They never bothered sending anyone and I ended up missing an appointment after work PLUS was an hour late picking up my kids! So a "roughly $130" oil change cost me $250 and I didn't even get the service!

If they can't be bothered to do the job they knew they needed to do 14 DAYS BEFOREHAND. What does that say?
