PNP Games

Before coming here, I thought it was a specialized service to trade in old video games. Mark was the one to help me during this procedure. After he was done testing my old video games I left with a copy of Diablo 4, fully preordered copy of Tekken 8 and an adorable Sonic plushy. I didn’t know my games had such value! It was an amazing day contributed by Mark’s excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and he looked like he genuinely enjoyed helping me out. Will be coming back to this location to trade in more games ASAP!

Been my go to place for newly released games as they always have it in stock on release day. Place is filled with new and retro games and it's fantastic, definitely recommend.

Special order service is a scam. They literally order off eBay and hike up the price (double, sometimes more) and call it a "finder's fee. " Try asking where they order from - they won't tell you it's eBay. Then ask to see a picture, and cross-reference what you see with eBay as soon as you get home.

Just order it yourself, don't trust these crooks!

I love both PNP games locations. The St.vital location secured a PS2 for me a few weeks ago and the portage location has been fueling my addiction with their excellent stock of games. 10/10 service every time

Anything retro, PNP is the place.

Just spend 30 min of my life that i wont get back trying to Remove the price tag on a gamecard that i brought there. Your shop have a Serious issue with your unremovable price tag. It still sticky after rubbing it with Alcohol / Goo gone.

Don't buy from here. They sent me the wrong Xbox in the mail.and don't wanna let me return it. They are garbage. SAVE YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND THEY DO NOT CARE ONE BIT!

Friendly staff.no pressure sales.one of the employees talked to my 9 year old about a game and then cautioned him that the game he wanted to buy may not be for him and he should think about saving his money and trying the free online demo first.he bought the game anyway and is happy, but we appreciate the honesty of the staff.since it's Winnipeg owned, this place is our "game stop" before the other major competition in town.

I love shopping here. Been going here for years and make a point to go back when I’m looking for something new. You just KNOW the staff love to game and I can always rely on them for recommendations and help figuring out what to get.

Top notch game store. Great inventory of new and used games, both modern and vintage. Unfortunately I am not able to visit as often since moving from Winnipeg, but I make it a destination whenever I am in Winnipeg. Very knowledgeable staff as well, and I am happy to see the return of Midnight Launches at PNP. Unfortunately prices are a little high on most of their retro games, however there are deals to be found if you look hard.

They generally have what we are looking for at a better price than Best Buy and the service is always quick and easy.

Had a nice experience on my Sunday afternoon trading in games with no hassle and were very accommodating. Thanks guys!

If your looking for accessories for older version consoles look here first before going anywhere else

These folks are amazing. Have been buying all of my games, consoles and accessories here for a few years and will continue to do so. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and I've gotten great recommendations of titles I've enjoyed playing and tips on caring for my consoles. They've got a great selection of current and retro stuff, great prices and everything I've bought used has worked perfectly. We're super lucky to have a great place for video games in Winnipeg! Also super appreciate these folks are 2SLGBTQ+ friendly. Keep up the great work PNP!

I called to see if they had an older game in stock. They did. I picked it up. The sales associate was polite and friendly. I saved $10 not buying it online directly from the PlayStation Network.
