The whole set up process was so easy. I have an indoor unit and it is very easily accessible when I want to swap out seasonal items.
The staff was so helpful with ALL of my questions and very patient.

At first, I was extremely dissatisfied with my unit, as it was frozen shut during last winter. Water was draining from a pipe to the front of my unit, preventing me from accessing it. I spent almost 2 months going back and forth with the company regarding the issue, and finally moved into one after they saw that I couldn't physically even lift the door up as it was frozen to the ground. I'm grateful that they helped me moved my items to the new unit, and haven't had any issues since.

I am a little worried now that winter is coming, and I hope I don't run into the same issues.

If you do rent from this location, make sure you look at where the drain pipes lead to, and choose a unit that is higher so that the water can drip down and away from your unit.

The company was quick and easy to deal with and the only problem I've ever had was with the ground shifting that made it very difficult to get one of the doors open to the building my storage room is in. The other door was useable so I still had access to my storage.

Facilities are clean and secure. 24hrs access makes it very convenient. Second time using this facility, previously, under a different company name. I do recommend Pockit Self Storage for all of your storage needs.

Access is convenient and the location is very clean.

My trailer was robbed while at this facility, 10 hours after a number of other trailers were robbed. Their website claims that the facility has after hours monitoring and security response, but no one was aware that my trailer was robbed until 4 days after the fact, even though it was all recorded on camera. A breached access gate was left unsecured for 5 days after the first robbery. Photos of breached access gate attached. My initial detailed review was mysteriously removed.

This is reliable self-storage business. They will send you regular receipts. They were accommodating when I needed a bigger locker and didn't charge for two as I moved from one to the other. It's always clean when I access the grounds. I briefly had items in storage at another site but they couldn't process automatic payments so had to contact me each month and sent no receipts.

Friendly, easy place to do business. There is lots of space for my motor home. Would prefer an entry code rather than a card but otherwise everything is good.

Although we're only renting for a situation that required a spot for the boat for few weeks we were treated like we were signing a life-time contract.

A wonderful young woman named Essence who looked after us could not have been more kind and genuinely interested in our needs being met. I'm retired now but, having come from years of owning my own business, it's hard to find a gem like this lovely person.

The facility is top-notch, close by, easy to access and Essence puts a smile on my face every time I see her. Top-notch experience for sure!

Pockit Storage is the only storage facility that I can now explore. Their service is exceptional. They facilitated my move in process and made sure that I was benefitting from a great deal that they had.

I was always skeptical about leaving my things at a storage unit because of the cleanliness & stories i have heard. When i came into pockit storage, i was helped by a vert kind woman named Essence & she went above and beyond. Not only did she educate me on storage units and the cleanliness protocols during covid, she went on to make sure i left with all the info & confidence to rent a unit. Spectacular service if i could rate it higher i would.

I think it is the best Self Storage in Winnipeg. It is clean, heated, and easy to access anytime.

Very courteous staff. The prices for indoor heated storage are the best around. The facilities are clean and organized with 24X7 access.

Clean, well run and accessible 24/7. Also easy to get to and not in a creepy neighbourhood - you feel quite safe using the facility at night.
