Craig was pleasant, polite and placed the POD exactly where we needed it.

Needed a POD to facilitate a clean-up followed by a garage sale. A 16 foot unit was the perfect size. The POD was expertly and professionally delivered, placed and picked up again by Craig. I was very impressed with how he did it all with such ease.

Craig is a master driver at POD delivery. The hydraulics on the PODzilla system are really cool to watch.

The person who delivered iGreg DaveI had a very nice experience with them. My things were kept very nicely without any damage, and the people who delivered it delivered it very nicely very nice workers

I was easily able to access my pod. They placed it in the parking lot and will return it to the climate controlled warehouse before closing.

Great pick-up of the large POD today from a difficult driveway location. Cody the driver / lift operator was excellent. Very professional.

Would not recommend this company for local removals and I advise to never use them for storage of your goods. Very unprofessional and if you need to go to your storage unit you have to call someone in Florida to set up an appointment here in Winnipeg to get some contract business to open your storage unit! More than once i would go and nobody would even be at the storage unit when i booked my appointment to get into my unit! Waste of money and gas! Lots of stress from dealing with this company! They made so much money off me too completely not worth all the aggravation!

On time, professional. They know what they do. I am happy to hire them as my storage facilitator.

Slightly over priced for storage. Do not use them to move more than across town. They lie when quoting moving costs, obviously just to get business.

Easy to use, lots of info available either by phone or website. Good customer service, everything was on time for a long-distance move. Highly recommended!

PODS was a great decision. I had a complicated move and their whole team definately helped things go smooth. Everyone was understanding and did their best to help out. Great customer service. I would recommend them again.

Great. They were on time, we really careful not to damage the driveway and the driver each time was great.

Absolutely terrible experience with PODS. They got everything from my phone number to the pickup date wrong when I set it up originally. Customer service claims there’s nothing they can do to help, will be charging me hundreds of dollars more and making me wait an extra month to get my belongings. Unless you are a big corporation they don’t care, stay far away from PODS.

Also be prepared to wait for hours on the phone to reach customer service, I think four hours was my longest wait time, only to be told they can’t do anything for you. You’re better off having a big bonfire with all of your belongings than shipping with PODS, cheaper and more enjoyable.

I liked that you can edit your pick up time and date through your own account. Also the emails and texts reminding that that pod will be coming. Lastly, it was nice to actually hear a real persons voice when the driver of the pod has arrived to let us know he is there. Timing was very accurate and did not take long at all to drop off and pick up the pod. The pod, was very clean, very easy to use and not too heavy to lift up and down the door. The customer service rep who helped me the first time was very knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. Went over and beyond especially when I asked about the permits for the street, as she said she would take care of it for us, also when I called the second time just to confirm that all my changes I made on my profile actually changed the lady was very respectful, patient and upbeat. Top notch service on all ends, definitely told about 12 people at work to get a pod instead of a uhaul.
