Me and my friend went there yesterday for the lunch and there was cashier named MANPREET KAUR, she was so rude and gave us wrong order and when we told her that your forgot salad in our order and she went for the arguments. She started smiling when we done our lunch and starting left your facility. No a nice place to went again there. I AM STRONGLY RECOMMENDING PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR EATING.

Literal the worst drive thru experience ever. Person working did not understand how to take an accurate order or answer questions. Did not know menu or options. Obviously the B team Saturday on the day before mothers day. Overpriced, sandwiches were cold, small sides. Drinks and sides not what we wanted. Manager apologized, but I just want you to train your employees to know how to do their job.right people right places.please fix your training and make hot food. I have other choices and I will be worried to try again.

I usually get the mild with Cajun fries and biscuits. I always feel guilty eating deep fried stuff but this place hits the spot so I don’t feel so bad. Chicken tastes better than KFC and I like KFC.

I love popeyes, its my favorite, and am usually satisfied with my orders. But multiple times, I've gotten tiny pieces of chicken tenders. I get one or two being smaller than the rest. But I literally keep getting 5 tiny pieces in one shot. Its not worth the 27$ im paying. I keep paying for extra dipping sauce and never get extra dipping sauce. These tenders seem pretty big. But if you know popeyes, you realize how small these are.

3 piece Chicken was excellent.
Happy surprise with gravy as it had spices in it that was very tasty.

I ordered spicy chicken and it was definitely not spicy, im very disappointed as this was my first visit, I asked the employees and they said that is the spicy chicken I still don't believe that to be true I think they straight up lied so they did have to replace my meal

Manager ViKas was one of the nicest people I have met! He had great hospitality, very kind and polite. Food was so quick. And fresh. Fantastic experience would go here again.

This is a fantastic Popeyes love coming here the people are fantastic the management is fantastic it’s clean and they really care definitely five star rating

Staff was very friendly and efficient with service. Store is clean and organized. The food is very tasty.

Best fast food chicken out there! Just got to make sure you get all your stuff, for example, side dishes and sauce.

Friendly staff with good service, food was decent. I ordered the tenders, and they didn't seem fresh.

If you're in the mood for some tasty breaded chicken, this is the place to be. From their delicious classic chicken sandwich on the way to their salad and everything in between, you can't go wrong. I will be sure to return soon.

I ordered a two piece meal. Drum and thigh, biscuit and fries. Not as good as all the hype seems to make it out to be! Chicken was slimy under the coating and has a strange odour. Not bad, just like it was presoaked in a baking soda type slurry before being breaded and cooked?
Biscuit was good but dries out quickly. Fries are well seasoned. Drive thru communcation is bad both ways as I ordered a three piece meal but got a two piece (appropriately charged). Not going to add to my list of go to's.
I appreciate the response and offer to make it right by the owner but declined their invitation to rectify as I can't expect the recipe to change for one customer. Just not my cup of tea. Good customer service though!

Was my first time and I loved it. The chicken is amazing and the spicy sandwich is actually spicy!

Have made multiple online orders through popeyes app. But they always start preparing it the second I go in and tell them my order number. Like what's the purpose of ordering online if it's not prepared beforehand

I was a Popeyes virgin, I knew not of what people talked about. I needed a quick snack til supper. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Wow! Fresh soft bun, crispy crunchy chicken goodness on the outside, soft juicy on the inside. And just a lovely burn in the mouth. The flavours were excellent, but my mouth delighted in the variety of textures. All served with a genuine smile.
Will go again, I get it. PS. Didn't need supper.

Never able to give me my ranch and BBQ sauce. The first time it happened I brushed it off, second time? Was annoyed and disappointed bc don’t they cost extra? But every time I go to this location they never
fail to not give me my sauces. Of course i’m always home when I realize. Also the intercom is really loud it feels like they are yelling at me for my order.

I would give them a 5 but after the third time ordering i find the chicken is way to soggy and greasy. Kenaston location is way better

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Grabbed a 3 PC chicken tenders platter, with Cajun fries, gravy and the delicious biscuit also chose the blackened ranch dip for dunking. Service was quick and the employees were nice and informative. The food was hot and fresh. Chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The only thing I would change was the dipping sauce. It is tasty, but if you expect a kick, it is quite mild. Has become my favorite chicken spot.

This place is solid for sure the quality is there, the service is great. All they need now is a buffet to take it to the next level.

Very very poor service! Went for picking up the doordash order and asked for the order was ready or not aand after 20 min wait they gave the order employees talking with each other very slow service

The Cashier charged me $7.50 for a small portion of popcorn shrimp, it had 6 tiny shrimp with dipping sauce. She failed to recommend that there is a mobile coupon that I can get this same shrimp deal for $4.50. I had to ask for ketchup and water; below par service and average taste.

Original Chicken sandwich was very good. Dining in experience was very pleasant. Dining area wa very clean, as were the washrooms.

Waited a bit long on the shrimp but overall Popeye's always delivers. Best chicken in Winnipeg imo.

DO NOT get chicken strips here. On Thursday November 18 out family purchased a 16 chicken tender family meal at the drive thru. We had to wait for them to cook the tenders, which is fine for such an order. After driving 12m home we opened up and every tenderbwe bit into was STILL PINK. We cut a few more and had to toss the bunch away as food poisoning was possible.

A waste of over $50.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a pie. My chicken was raw. Went to ask for it to be refunded and the manager Vikus was rude. Then went to eat my pie and it was cold and raw. It took them almost 20 minutes to get another pie that came to me still cold. Gave up so we left. Waiting for my husband to get my daughter in her car seat so I could get in to the car and I got pushed out of the way by an incredibly rude server taking out a curbside order to the car next to me. " I need to deliver this now" is all I got.
No apologies, nothing.
We will definately not be returning here!

First time trying Popeyes chicken. It was amazing! I had to have it the following day as well. It's difficult to order at the speaker but staff will take your order at the window. Such great customer service and the food is ready within minutes. I'm already missing it!

I technically can't eat here because of food issues but pretty much everyone I know who have had Popeyes says that it is quite good.

Love Popeyes food! Only negative is the drive thru we can't hear/understand them and they can't hear/understand us. After passing "whats? " back and forth for awhile, I am always unsure of what I'm going to get.

Awesome food and service. The restaurant was very clean. Staff were friendly and fast. Loved the food.
Manager was available and interactive. Will certainly tell others and will return!

I originally gave this location a 5 star review, but a lot of my orders have been wrong lately. They're always good about fixing them, but it's a pain having to run in to get it fixed. It's getting to the point where it's a pleasant surprise when I can just drive away after receiving my order.
