Popeye's Supplements McPhillips

The employees inside, who I believe was Neil and mark, were SUPER helpful and funny. I have no idea about anything protein and they helped me and my mother pick the perfect products for what we needed them for. I highly recommend this store for all your puffing up protein needs etc.

Sick place, got my girlfriend some preworkout for Vday and Christina and the staff made it easy to find what I needed.

I really like shopping at Popeye's! Everyone is so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Today I stopped in and Neil helped me with some creatine. He has helped me in the past and has always been great!
When I got to the checkout, I remembered something else I wanted. Sarah was very helpful, she showed me the different brands and made a couole of recommendations. I didnt want a specific ingredient, so she checked them for me. I decided to get the one I have had before, but they were sold out. Sarah offered to have it transferred here for me. She made the call and arranged it all. She even said she may be able to bring it to the store. I was really impressed with the high level of customer service she displayed! I left feeling great! Big thanks to Sarah, Neil, Mark, Chris, Darnell and Manager Christine, and the rest of the team whose names I dont know for the outstanding service they provide! I'll be back for more products soon!

First time buying from Popeyes and I definitely had a great experience when I came in there this afternoon. Exceptional customer service skills from DJ; very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to questions I had. Also helped me pick brand/type of item that’s suitable for myself or my goal fitness-wise. Gained knowledge about different types of protein to take, he also offered me samples of the drink supplements which I found very nice because I’m very particular when it comes to flavoured drinks. He definitely made my first experience at Popeye’s very easy, I walked in there anxious —not knowing any products (and their indications), but I came out gaining laughs and knowing a lot more. I’d for sure come back again when it’s time to re-stock my supplements!

Was second guessing going in because I was intimidated but was welcomed with a friendly face. I didn’t really know anything and Marc was super helpful, he knew his stuff and was very honest about the products. He also helped me with taste testing which was appreciated. All in all, will be going back thanks to Marc

First time buying from Popeyes and definitely won’t be my last. DJ was exceptional and knowledgeable about all the products that I needed. He made my first experience easy and I came out of the store knowing a lot more than I came in with, which is awesome! I definitely recommend DJ for anyone who, like me, is not as knowledgeable on supplements and would like to try it out. He also offered me some protein samples, which was very helpful since I have pretty specific flavours that I prefer. As well, his recommendations were very helpful. Overall, the customer service was great and I can’t wait to come back and purchase other products!

Always great help behind the counter at this location, started coming Here instead of the one on Nairn a few years ago and it was worth the shift. Staff is always right there and knows the products really well so if your not sure what to get or want to change things up but not sure, these guys got you covered from pre to post and everything in between! Usually good sales as well.

Amazing customer service at this location! An individual helped me with choosing a great non-stim PUMP option as I am super sensitive to caffeine! As well, he (can't recall his name sorry!) introduced me to some delicious GHOST amino's (mango flavor) to help me retain muscle as I begin my cut! Went today very last minute to get some protein and was immediately greeted by Gary D. For my whole visit he was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a fast, efficient, and quality experience. He was super personable and for the entire time we were talking, I felt like I was talking to a good friend! He even took some time out of his day to show me how to use wrist wraps and how efficient they can be in a achieving better muscle engagement. I would never have guessed he was in training if he didn’t mention it near the end! Overall an great experience at one of my favourite popeyes.

I just had my first visit to Popeye’s Supplements on Leila in Winnipeg. I was super impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff and the variety of supplements and low carb/sugar free products available. The store was clean and well organized, shelves were well stocked and the clerk made some excellent suggestions after listening to my fitness/training goals. I would strongly recommend this store and location. And will return soon!
