Provincially ran and overpriced monopoly so no other option but to get booze at an always inconvenient, privacy invasive, overpriced MBLC. Expect security to ask for ID just to enter the premise and expect to be rejected without VALID, not expired Government approved Photo ID.

Welcome to the place of racial profiling. It’s also a place where they make fun of you and comment to other customers, and laugh at you, if you decline a bag for a $0.10 charge. Remarks made to embarrass you, despite purchasing a 40oz of grey goose. Avoid cashier named Zyla, to avoid such snotty judgements.

A staff member politely stepped in when a customer was being overly flirty with me at the register. Felt safe and supported!

Got what I needed. A little bit of hard liquor to wind down with at the end of the day after a day of shopping in the city of Winnipeg. Quite alot of strangers hanging around. I would suggest to lock your vehicle and close your windows.

Huge selection of alcohol in here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Also first place I have seen that had a "checkpoint" to check your id's before you're allowed in.

Of all the MB liquor stores I have been in. THIS WAS THE MOST FRIENDLIEST AND HELPFUL. Wow. I was looking for a specific product which they did not have, Lloyd went to the back found which stores had them then phoned them and made sure I knew how to get to the stores that had the product on my route. Good job, I felt valued as a customer.

They have a really good selection, good prices and friendly, helpful staff. Also a great place to get masks for free that would otherwise be quite pricey.

However, if you go there when it’s busy you can expect to wait outside in the cold for a bit.

Also, the store has some serious formatting issues. A large amount of their products are in their incredibly long winding checkout line area. This means if there are people behind you in line, you barely have time to pick up, let alone browse any of the products you can only get in the line.

October 30,2021 at exactly 8: 30p.m. Staffs are really nice except for that tall guy who works as cashier, he is very rude! He better go to a customer service training else go work somewhere else not customer service related jobs.

Knowledge staff, quick and efficient answers. Great selection and stocked pretty well. Nothing to complain about.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I didn't see any shoplifters at this place as well which is nice. Glad to see they have security there to protect the customers

I feel like I’m visiting the set of the sitcom Cheers every time I walk into this store. Everybody is friendly, helpful and passionate about booze. It’s important to be passionate about booze at a store like this, because that’s all they sell.

If I could offer one critique, I’d suggest that you diversify your market. Maybe get into selling lotteries and cannabis as well a liquor. I might be on to something here?

Somewhat sketchy location. Witnessed a theft of product while shopping in-store, and informed cashier who displayed little concern. Decent selection.

I was treated horribly here. I won’t say her name specifically but the cashier was very rude to me. She tried to refuse my service based on the fact I bought a bottle of champagne like 6 hours prior. Awful customer service. She needs to be retrained in her customer service skills.

Friendly staff despite the theft problem their dealing with. Wheelchairs will not have a problem. Felt safer than going downtown. If on foot pls go with someone or while it's light out and people are around. Hope this is helpful. Don't drink and drive. Have safe fun.

Wasn't aware they ask to see i.d. When you first come in at the door. As well at time was there someone freaking about that when they do it at register anyhow.
