Had super great service- they thawed and recharged my battery for me when it was frozen and I had somehow managed to drain it completely. They also gave me a loaner so I could still use my car in the meantime. Their help was greatly appreciated and I'd recommend to anyone!

The guys had my car battery installed although I was slightly put off when I was initially told that they couldn't, when I was assured on the phone the previous day that they could. Anyway they got the job done at a very reasonable price.

Puchased a car battery the other day. I was informed of the $18.00 refundable core charge, which was fine. Returned core today and received $4.00 because a staff member put the wrong code on the bill. They did not honor the full core return. Would not have wasted the gas if I knew this would've happen. Better off to have left the battery for the scrap guy. My first and last purchase there. Do not recommend them.

It doesn't matter who you talk to there, they are all very helpful and cooperative. They take the time to make sure you are getting what you need, at a fair price. I thought customer service was gone for good, I was pleasantly surprised that nothing has changed here!

Excellent service and product support. I had an issue with my Genius charger and it had a damaged cable AC cable. This to me was a manufacturing issue and it had created an electrocution or fire hazard. I presented this to Prairie battery and there were more than considerate and solve the problem and replace the unit with a new one. Thank you for the good service

Excellent customer service and Friendly/helpful staff. They put in a lot of time and effort to try to find a battery for my hybrid. I also brought my dog without knowledge of their pet policy and they were all welcoming and nice about it. Although we weren’t able to find a battery for my Prius hybrid, I would go back for their service and would recommend them to others. They demonstrated ownership/accountability and focused on what they can do to help. Thank you Tyler and team for your hard work.

I’ve purchased a lawn mower battery here today and it’s perfect, but I want to talk about my first purchase last summer. I planned on doubling my battery power on the trailer by running parallel for off grid camping. I had contacted the trailer sales and parts guys at various businesses in Winnipeg, I received varying information to say the least.

I decided to my email to prairie battery and go to the source. I wanted to know exactly what I needed and get the proper gauge wire to hook up the batteries in parallel. These guys know there stuff and they are honest. They will sell you what you need and they actually know their products. They also sell solar! Save yourself the run around and call or email Prairie Battery. Thanks again!

Picked up two new batteries, and two chargers this fall, hard to beat the price, no waiting, fast transaction, and staff is very knowledgeable, will definitely come here again!

This is the only place to purchase a car battery. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything related to batteries.

Great service and pricing. They even let me swap my battery in their shop, since they had space available on a cold morning, so I didn't have to do it in the parking lot.

Good quality battery but apparently they don't know how to install them. I paid the 18$ for them to install the battery because it was too cold outside for me to install it myself. When I got home I took a look at it, my battery was loose and they had broken the plastic terminal covers. I would have gone back to get my money back but the drive isn't worth 18$. I had to reinstall my battery and pay for some new terminal covers. If the battery holds up I'll consider buying from them again but they will never be touching my car again.

I was referred by my uncle, a life long car enthusiasts. Once again, he was right! I was literally in with my old Jeep battery and out with a new one in about 5 minutes. Awesome customer service, way better than the main "Automotive, Source, Tire, Parts, Piston. " you get my point. I will be buying all future batteries for my vehicles here and telling everyone this is the place to go!
