Dr. Nana Owusu is the best eye doctor with such care for the health of your eyes. The process getting new lenses was great! Jessica is a true professional with a great personality. Jessica helped me chose the lenses that were the best possible choice and the final fitting was perfect. Highly recommend Prairie Eye Care. Love this place, my son has been going there since he was 4. They’ve always been great with my son and they have a large selection of frames. Also, the quality is very good. The glasses have held up to everything a little kid can throw at them. I won’t be going anywhere else to get him glasses.

Came in for the trunk show eye wear event at McIvor mall. Staff and Optometrist went above and beyond to check my eyes and find me the perfect pairs. My new prescription sunglasses are so comfortable and perfect.
The glasses have been great to wear and a much needed update.
I am thrill with everything- service and product.

If I could give it no stars I would. Went to see a Dr. Duplak on Sept. 6/2022. Gave me a prescription for glasses so I proceeded to get them made. They were not even close! She did not listen to my needs. Finally went to another optometrist on Oct. 11/2022.
My eyes had not changed from 2019. Now I am out the fee for the exam and for the 4 pairs of glasses I had made. Beware of this Dr. Duplak. The other optometrist I went too could not believe where Dr. Duplak got these numbers. I will be contacting the Optometrist association about Dr. Duplak. Enough said!

An amazing experience and superb customer service from Lisa. Without going into a long detailed story, suffice it to say that Lisa went above and beyond anything I expected. Thanks again!

They're fine, they're not mean or anything, but I certainly don't leave with a smile on my face. Their customer service could use some work. I told them my preferred name and they continued to use my legal name repeatedly. The optometrist was dismissive of my questions as well. They made me feel stupid for trying to make conversation. The person who did the initial tests (eye pressure, photos, etc) was kind, but the rest of the desk staff and the optometrist made me feel unwelcome. I had my glasses adjusted because the right arm was bent too far down. Instead of consulting me about what happened, they guessed that the left one had been bent up, and they pushed it back down. Sure, my glasses are straight now, but they're angled down and I'll need to get used to them. They could've just asked, "do you remember which arm was the correct angle? "
They also didn't notify me that my insurance wouldn't cover the full exam. I had to pay out of pocket just to be told that my prescription was the same, when I could've waited a few months for it to be fully covered.

Professional care with a generous sprinkle of neighbourly friendship. Genuine concern for optical health and well being via an ongoing monitoring. Nana and Team are unique in approach. Good bless you!

This place is good the first pair I received from them were awful I couldn't even read with them. They were helpful and made sure that I had a lenses that were great very friendly and professional in that matter.
Today I went to see them thinking I could be in and out in like an hour. Well I was waiting for like 45 mins but I realized that the optometrist was with a client that required lots of time and patience. When I did get in he was very efficient and I didn't feel rushed they even were willing to make a follow up for the next day. So I am going back tomorrow to order new glasses. I have to say I am very happy with the treatment and respect I got from this place even if I was impatient and somewhat rude to them.

Staff at Prairie eye care were friendly and helpful. Rae was super friendly & helpful, she picked out some amazing selections & styles to try on, I wound up getting 2 pair, they arrived quickly and exactly as expected. Go see the wonderful staff here for all your eye needs!

I felt welcome as soon as they opened the door. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Rae helped me pick out my new glasses as my prescription changed. She was knowledgeable, she explained the choices I had and how they might benefit me, and made the process so easy and enjoyable. Thank-you Rae, I appreciate your time and patience. Dr. Owusu is phenomenal and has really made a difference in my overall well-being over the years that I have seen him. This was a great experience overall, thank-you Prairie Eye Care. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Super helpful and caring staff got me into the office the same day that I had a problem with my glasses and fixed them within a few minutes of me being there

The professional care I received was so appreciated during COVID-19. I felt safe and comfortable as the store was following all of the necessary precautions. I received good advice and support when picking out my new glasses. I have had my glasses for several months and have not one complaint. I went with the transitions and it was the best advice I could have taken. Thank you to the staff at Prairie Eye Care for making my experience perfect!

Went to prairie eye care for the first time this past month for some new glasses. The optical staff was amazing &very accommodating. I was interested in a specific style of glasses & by the time I came into for my appointment they showed me to the selection of frames and chose a handful for me to try on. Long story short, the staff was friendly and amazing and made looking for new glasses easy & fun.
10/10 would recommend.

I put off the task of picking out new glasses because I knew I would need good help to decide.but I came in and got fantastic help from Marianna, who was so knowledgeable, genuine and warm. She turned around how I felt about needing new glasses and actually got me feeling confident and excited for them. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Kosowski was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He really took his time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. All of the staff were very pleasant. A very good overall experience.

Stay away! They made a false claim against my benefits plans when I didn't even buy glasses from them. I've been trying to get my money back for months. Horrible customer service.

I’ve been very happy with Prairie Eye Care and Dr Duplak. The staff at this location are so nice and make the experience an enjoyable one for me and my 7 year old daughter. I like the help we get picking glasses, the assistance we get if something goes wrong and the warranties that come with glasses from there. I honestly won’t go anywhere else. I think the receptionist and ladies that help with fitting and selecting glasses along with Dr Duplak are so great.

Been going to Praire Eye Care for years for my kids (this and GC location). Last 2 experiences put a bad taste in my mouth, last one especially.
They are consistently late getting patients in, upwards of 30 minutes.
Last appointment was nearly an hour late, and Dr. Lee had the audacity to leave after about 5 minutes into the appointment to further go assist the other patient he had been so late with. This was at least another 10 minutes. I was so fed up I almost walked out. Couldn't believe this is how they were treating long term customers. Total lack of time management and clear disregard for our time, despite having a 6 and 3 year old waiting.
Unfortunately this last time was the last straw for us.
We will be going elsewhere for our eye care and eyeglass needs in the future.

As a person who suffers severely from seasonal allergies, PEC has been a lifesaver for me. Particularly the care shown by Dr. Owusu, Dr. Lee, and the front desk staff has been phenomenal. Being outside in the Spring is no longer a death sentence for my eyes thanks to their combination of drops. On top of it all, I got a great deal on glasses! I highly recommend this office!

I love it here! Nice, quiet atmosphere, friendly, professional staff, and great selection of glasses. I saw Dr. Marco Kosowski for an eye test and he was great not only with me, but also with my 1 year old during his eye test. Very kid-friendly and patient! Only downside is that my appointment ended up being about 30 minutes later than scheduled (hard to keep a child entertained for that long) but otherwise I would definitely recommend Prairie Eye Care - Henderson!

Visited as a first time customer. The entrance doors were broken and left closed, there was a sign saying to slide them open which was not easy, and had I of been elderly that surely would have been a problem. The receiptionist was very unwelcoming from the start, I ended up leaving and booking an appointment elsewhere as I did not want to deal with her. Not sure why this place has great reviews.
