Really nice company with an office staff that always gets back to you! Good about leaving messages and communicating what they needed. Small email miscommunications you get anywhere else, but they always got everything figured out quickly as they could. Repairs were completed, billing questions answered, and as our building is transferring to new management they answered all our concerns and said to reach out again if we need too. Really professional!

Former tenant. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company. You have problems? They will ignore you until the last moment and avoid meeting you, and if suddenly you manage to meet someone from the company, they will answer you “oh yes, this happens to our manager. ” I DON'T recommend this to anyone. You will also notice how quickly they stopped responding to your messages days after you signed the contract

I do not recommend this company. I am a former tenant. There is no communication between the tenants and the management. For example, you might get an eviction notice after paying and they won't answer your emails for a long time to explain it. Besides, no one knows any information about what is happing. One last thing: you won't get a security deposit after you move out, and don't expect a response from them.
Terrible communication with tenants and they only want to make extra money on you.

I rented from Premier Property Solutions when life happened and I found myself needing to rent for the first time in 20 years. From my first contact to my last, Premier was there to help me out. Dan showed me two properties in my desired neighbourhood, Jackie coordinated the lease and deposit (dog/no dog) - they were flexible, and Sherry attended to a few maintenance issues immediately upon request (within 24 hours someone was there to help me out).

When circumstance changed again, and I needed relinquish my lease, Premier was flexible and supportive. Jackie walked me through the process, supported sublet applicants, and answered questions well outside of business hours. If I had to rent again, I would definitely go through Premier Property Solutions.

I Highly suggest not renting with this company, and if you do, keep a record of all communication and emails. And be prepared to have emails go unanswered for days, or not answered at all.

First We had to share a mail key with the basement tenants of the home which is extremely odd and not secure. We went two weeks without a microwave before it was finally replaced. In our agreement and also in an email sherry states that the main tenants which is us are to maintain the front yard and the basement tenants the back. The basement tenants and then eventually the owners that lived in the basement did absolutely nothing and left us to do it all at our own expenses. We emailed sherry this issue so many times and nothing changed and was always met with a rude and abrasive response from her. Then we went almost 3 months without a working washer and dryer, and no accommodation or empathy was given to us during that time. We also were given no updates. Only received updates when I would email, or call the furniture place directly.

We received our notice stating that the owners wanted their whole house back, so we informed sherry we would no longer be maintaining the backyard as that was never our responsibility and again she questioned why I thought the yard was not my responsibility. Thankfully I kept all my emails with her and was able to send the email she sent me stating who does what. Then upon us have already moved out we were essentially accused by sherry and the owners that we had taken some of their furniture and decor. Again, thankfully I had all the proof of what we bought, and she claimed the owners just suddenly "forgot" they had an employee sell their stuff. Very poor communication between sherry and Jackie. Nik also would not answer any of my emails sent when I would email him stating sherry was not answering emails. We had to wait 22 days for our deposits which in the RTB it states 14 and the reason was cause they were waiting on a cleaning invoice? When Invoices can be sent via fax? And why hadn't they ask for the invoice a week and a half ago I'll never know. I could literally go On but I reach the character count limit. This company, especially sherry is so unprofessional and lack just basic communication skills with renters as well as with each other. The only positive experience was Derek who does all the maintenance and Dan who is very nice and listens to concerns and is never rude.

Nik and his staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful with any concerns/issues for their clients. I would definitely recommend Premier Property Solutions for people seeking the help of a property management company!

Would not recommend working with this property management service. Although it wasn't all bad!
Cons: The main contact, Sherry, was extremely rude and abrasive. Very short regarding simple questions regarding move-in, utilities, etc. My bike was stolen from the building's garage, and Sherry would not answer basic questions like how to proceed with camera footage, police report info, etc. There was no accountability on their part, even though their staff had left the side door open. She even LAUGHED when I questioned her over her tone and handling of the situation. Very rude person. Also, they would not provide more details and my bike being stolen as it was not their problem. That's what "luxury rental" looks like, folks! When it came time to move out, their other staff member listed things like hair on the floor and scratches (present before moving in) as potential deductions from the damage deposit. We also had a neighbour one year into moving to Canada from the Ukraine who didn't get their deposit back for over a month. What a shame!
Pros: I lived in one of their properties for a year (The Point on Wellington). Beautiful new building with nice finishes. President Nik, is a good guy when he's available, and I enjoyed dealing with him.

This management company has been amazing to our family:) Everybody here has always been extremely helpful in making sure anything we really need done - gets done. Anytime I have phoned or e-mailed Premier they have always given us a quick response back and any work needed to be done was professionally handled and in a very timely fashion. Our experience with Premier Property Solutions has been GREAT! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very pleased.

The process to rent the property, where we are in right now, went through smoothly. Giving them 3 stars because when we moved in some cleaning and repairs had to be done which should have been done prior to our move in date. They mentioned we moved in the middle of the month which to me was not an excuse since we were offer to move in 2 weeks prior. Took them almost a month to work on 3 out of the 4 main things that needed to be done.
Poor communication via text message, got responses after a day, didn’t get a response to the last text I sent.
We are happy at the property so we hope they can improve their costumer service.

I am a recent tenant of a beautiful home in Riverview managed by premier property solutions. Unfortunately Nik and Sherry are very poor at communication. The only time they would answer us was when it suited their needs. We emailed to ask some questions about our lease renewal and only after pestering them did they answer. However when we did not mow our lawn they were very quick to send a $200 bill threat to us. When we had issues with the house we ended up just messaging the owners Father as he was much more responsive.

We always paid our rent on time, and they never had to chase us for any bills. When my roommates and I ended up deciding to part ways, and sublet the house Sherry hardly ever responded or updated us with any information about the applications that we had been sending in. After calling Nik about the situation he was very helpful and told us about a family he had already approved that would be a perfect fit for the home.

We then cleaned the house for 3 straight days prior to the new tenant coming in. After the inspection we realized we missed under the fridge, under the stove, under the couch, and wiping down a few things upstairs. This lead them to send us a short email "we are very disappointed you did not clean the house at all. " That is absolutely a ridiculous conclusion to jump to considering the house looked to be in perfect condition. We even left some furniture and dishes behind for the new tenants that they had wanted as they were moving from Saskatchewan and had nothing. They ended up penalizing us for this too.

We are now waiting for our $1900 pet deposit, and $950 damage deposit which Sherry says "Is in the mail, and you will see how much is deducted when you receive it".

They are very bad property managers and I would never live anywhere they manage again. If we have a lot deducted from our deposits we will definitely be taking them to small claims court.

This was an absolutely absurd ending to a very rocky management experience overall.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not live in a property they are managing unless you want to feel like an awful tenant and get ripped off of your money.

Just went through a property transaction and have very pleasant experience to work with this property management. They know their tenants very well and give fair, positive comments to the tenants. I can feel they also genuinely care about their tenants. Most importantly their management is very responsive and professional. I would recommend them as a business to my friends and family anytime any day. Awesome people!

Being new to this industry, Nik has saved me a number of headaches in this short amount of time through his knowledge and professionalism.

Being a tenant in one of the properties they manage, I can tell you without an iota of doubt that they genuinely care about their tenants. They are quite responsive to tenants needs and are proactive in ensuring that their tenants are comfortable. I would recommend them as a business to my friends and family anytime any day. 1. A man answered the 4444 phone number, totally lack of people skills. All he said is "Hello. No. We don't manage it we don't place tenants. " in a cold and hard way. That's all. Not a good sign for the business.
2. The man who answered the phone called back and explained why he was in a bad mood and apologized. It was totally understandable. He tried to turn things around. I would rate it a overall 4 star service. Thank you for calling me back, I really appreciated it. I hope you have a good day today.
3. To the owner who response this review. The owner didn't get the point of this review. It wasn't about if you could provide the service. I made about 10 calls to find the service, most of them don't provide the service, however, your company was the only one provided negative feelings. Poor judgement on this case. 2 star service for the company and its owner.

My good friends at Premier Property Nik and Pete are the bee's knees. I was a tenant for over a year at 439 Berry and had to move out due to a new job out of town, they were nothing but professional our entire relationship. Caretaker Don does need a revamp in his ways but other than that we had a great time there! They're our #1 choice for Winnipeg rentals!

Took my advance nik and peter 2000$. Changed my leased area without my giving me notice, then i decided not to lease that building. Now they are not giving me my 2000$. They wasted my time and money for occupency permit 268$.
