I took my little dog Koa, in for a haircut today and they did an absolutely amazing job!
Shes an anxious little thing but they were so kind and patient with both her and myself.

We had a little consultation when I arrived then they took her on back while i went across the street for a latte. I loved that she had her own appointment time so that i was able to drop her off right before her groom started and pick her up as soon as she was done.
Plus they made her absolutely adorable. Look at those little paws

Took my Goldendoodle for full grooming and it was a terrible experience in all senses. Decent cut, If they were supposed to trim and file the nails, they did a horrible job or no job at all; if they were supposed to clean his ears, they did a terrible job, ear infection vet visit a week or so after grooming. By the way, ask about prices, cause apparently prices were increased with no mention to it in their webpage at all, and the + after the price could at least reach 30% of the base price like in my case. Also ask about the range of +, could be an unpleasant surprise at the end. Finally, when charging me more than my first visit for a much simpler grooming, having made excuses of several kinds, owner preferred to lose an angry client than realizing she should have apologized for the misleading information in regards to pricing, keeping at least the same charge as first time and promising to update their website. So terrible job and most importantly, terrible customer service! Funny fact, at the end she told me to come during winter time just for brushing.lol, shameless. Never back there.

All of the ladies here are super friendly. I was taking my girl to see Sarah before she joined this great team and she is a really knowledgeable groomer whom I highly recommend. After trying a couple of different places and getting nightmare experiences with people who butchered my double-coated Eurasier, I will always go out of my way to come back to Pride & Groom. Thank you for taking such great care of Raven!

Well done! Worked with me to get my standard poodle in to finish a badly botched, and unfinished job by another groomer. Very pleasant and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

After not being able to get my cat into his regular groomer (well them no longer having a cat groomer) and seriously long waiting times at other places in town I came across this establishment. My little buddy had an extreme amount of clumps in his fur and I was concerned about how they'd get him shaved down. Well these folks did an amazing job and not one nick in his skin - which is an accomplishment on its own considering the number of knots he had. He now looks fantastic and you can tell he feels so much better. Thank you very much to the folks at Pride and Groom!

Milo was in this week got the perfect haircut, they got rid of the matting in his hair, his nails were trimmed just right, and he smelled unreal. Sarah did such a good job cutting him, I will definitely be back! Thank you Sarah, and Pride and Groom!

I took my whistler there today for the first time after being a long time customers elsewhere and I am so happy with the service my boy recieved today. He was not at all stressed like he usually is after grooming. He looked great and smelt so amazing.staff was wonderful and I will definetly be bringing my whistler there again from now on.
Also I appreciate supporting our community businesses rather than the big chains that don't always give the real personal touch.

Our pup Luna had the best first experience getting her nails trimmed today. She came in very scared but left happy with her tail wagging. Thank you so much! We’ll be back!

Best staff ever. My 'little Jojo' loves going there and struts when he gets home. Remember, if you do your 'do' our babies need their 'do' too! Love lovelorn this group.

Wouldn't do my cats claws because he hissed at them when they shook the car carrier to get him out. They also refused to let me assist in getting him out of the cat carrier.

Took our 6 month old puppy, Barry, for his first grooming and he came out amazing!

He has been a handful when brushing at home and this has turned into a point of concern when bringing him out for nail trimmings and vet visits. After visits from these other places, we were always told to train him better. Pride & Groom instead took their time with Barry and were very understanding about how fussy he was.

Overall, it was a very professional and pleasant visit. As new puppy owners, they made the experience positive.

I've been taking my mini schnauzer to Pride and Groom for years, he always gets a great cut and has a good time. The groomers are polite and willing to share info about how the groom went. The last time I took him in he had to get his beard trimmed very short, but they explained to me it was because of some mats that couldn't be fixed. They cut it so well that it's growing in perfectly. They are on the expensive side, but the quality is there in spades.

Dawn has been looking after my doods for years! Her staff are all lovely, and her location is convenient. She has been very attentive to physical distancing guidelines and has helped us out with curb side drop off and pick up. My dogs come out looking adorable and smelling wonderful. Top notch service!

My dog (Nova, 6 months old) had his first ever grooming and it was perfect. Staff is friendly, answered all my questions, made sure we felt welcomed. We got a bath, hair and nail trimming took about 2 hours.

Our geriatric cat has special needs - autoimmune disease, chronic upper respiratory congestion and greasy, curly fur that gets matted. Pride and Groom takes excellent care of him with a handsome lion cuts - he is so happy after and struts around like a kitten. I trust them completely

Before bringing my Husky/Malamute/ Sheppard mix in, I called & asked if the groomer specializes in dogs with 2coats, such as mine, which I was assured she did. I booked a full grooming & deshedding session for my guy. On the day of his appt, I had mentioned that I had already given him a bath just a few days b4 & figured why have to shampoo him again & asked they focus specifically on the deshedding, trimming & nail clipping. I was assured this would not be a problem. It had only been under an HR when I was called that he was ready for p/u. I remember thinking that was MUCH quicker than it's taken previously with any other groomers. When I walked in to get him, I was VERY disappointed that other than some fur removed off his hind quarters.he looked NO different & wasnt even trimmed up. The groomer THAN tells me "a PROPER deshedding can't be done unless the dog's fur is wet". NOW they say something? !? ! As I had to get back 2 work ASAP, I paid & left quite upset that I wasn't told this when I 1st brought my dog in! The next day, I called & asked to speak to the manager as I felt not only was I misled to believe the groomer specializes in 2coats such as my dog, but at NO time was I advised that they NEEDED to get him wet to do a proper session. If they had, I would have been more than happy to say ok! When I asked the groomer y I wasn't told this when I brought my dog in, she tried to make a joke about the guy's lack of knowledge I think she said it was her spouse helping out 4 the day & didn't know these things'. But that still doesn't explain why she didn't call & explain this to me BEFORE starting my dog's grooming session? !? She didn't respond to that question, but agreed to 'finish' the job that should have been done the first time (for an additional fee, of course). Instead of apologizing for the lack of communication & the half job done, she made me feel like she was doing me the favor by charging me to do what should have been done the 1st time around! Ironically, it was never about 'saving $' (astas amount I was originally quoted was similar to what I've paid other groomers since it normally takes about 3 hrs for his full deshedding/grooming session, but at the very least offer to fix YOUR mistake at your expense, not mine. Needless to say, I have no plans of going back there ever again & certainly won't be recommending them to anyone EVER!

Our cat went here for her very first grooming. She even had a sedative before hand that we purchased at our vet so she would be relaxed. They only did the grooming. Nothing else included and finished in 45 mins. Which I believe is a rush job. For a whopping 75 dollars. When we brought our cat home and took her out of her carrier. Her cut was lop sided and her feet were not fully done.we are not impressed and will never return to this place.

Our black lab, Georgie always comes back looking great from her bath and grooming. Dawn has a great way with animals. Her calm and relaxed demeanor puts our anxious doggie at ease. 100% recommend!

I had to get my 4 month old malshi groomed on the day because of unprofessionalism from a different grooming salon. They had a spot open and his groom was amazing! It was his first time getting a groom too. Everything was perfect. Greatly recommended!

I took my dog for a bath here because on the website it states that they have a doggie waiting area. I was pleased to know that he would not be sitting in a kennel waiting for me. The other thing stated on their website is "Grooming should be as pleasant as possible, with the least amount of stress". When I arrived he was in fact in a kennel and I know that he hates kennels. I asked how he did and was told he was good except he was biting when they were doing his nails. My dog absolutely does not bite! What he will do sometimes when he doesn't like something is just touch with his teeth. Not sure why they thought he needed to be kenneled. They even asked me when I arrived how he was and I told them he was good with all dogs and people so I don't understand why he was sitting in a kennel. Especially because there was another dog roaming free. Not sure what the thought process was here but I won't take my dog here again.

Dawn is the best! She has been grooming our labradoodle for 10 years and every single visit has been a positive experience!

After searching for a groomer that was welcoming and patient, we found Dawn and it has been nothing but a joy to entrust her with our Springer Spaniel, Rocky. Every time we have taken him to her salon, Rocky looks exceptional and just so cute! If you come with an idea of what you want or a picture, she does even better than the picture!
She and her staff are very welcoming and her salon is very lovely and clean as well. I highly recommend her and it will be a great groom for your precious family member!

Update: The Owner has rectified the incident and took it seriously. The nail was not ripped out, confirmed by vet and there was no charge from the vet. My confidence has improved. 27 Dec: Took my lab cross for deshedding service. Upon picking her up the groomer informed me that she was scratching and trying to get away and the quick was cut on 2 paws AND I was charged for a full groom which was twice the price! I did NOT ask for grooming only deshedding as per website. We took off rear bandage and wow! The claw was ripped out! If a dog is scared and clawing DON’T cut the nail! We are taking her to the vet and bring the bill to the groomer.
