Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Product is much better quality then what they had 20 yrs ago. Pricing has gone up a lot from where it used to be. Most of the standard products that aren't proprietary to them are similar prices to other stores. Return policy is awesome.

Always had a good experience at this princess auto. With the new system change and distress it placed on several workers.several workers had a poor disposition. And one was unreasonably rude. With all that being said the majority of the workers were helpful kind very considerate with the fact that it was very late the store is closed and I without realizing did not rush to the check out. They've gotten better.

It's not always easy to locate specific items, but if you ask a sales associate I've found that they are very knowledgeable and will show you where to find what you're looking for.

Awesome place to get things at a competitive price with awesome product quality, customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Weekly flyers have unbeatable prices and offers.

I love this place, visit at least twice a month and never leave the place empty handed.

It's like Costco of electronics, cars, home and DIY products.

Beware of bait and switch!
When i shop their sale items i bring the flyer with me. If i can't find an item i have the flyer to refer to when i ask an associat where a certain item is located. The last time i shopped i could not find two items. I found an associate and pointed out the missing items and asked where they were. She found one of the "items" which i placed in my cart and followed her to the place where the other sale item was located. On the way to the checkout i realised that one of the items was not the sale item but a similar item at 5 times the price of the flyer item. When i questioned the associate she said the sale item i wanted was sold out!
I put that item back and proceded to the checkout and paid for the remaining sale items. Once home i checked my bill i found that they had over charged me by $11 for one of the sale items. I returned to the store and was told that the SKU # was different even though the item was identical to the sale flyer item!
How many times has Princess Auto pulled this scam on people who have not checked their bill?
This scam is called bait and switch and i am pretty sure it is illegal as well as immoral!

Surprised today at around 13: 45 I asked a person apparently in charge off idle 37 to help me to find a Caliper I was already looking at in my cellphone but she just literally mumbling said look there, and I said I already looked for it but didn't find it, so I asked her one more time if she could used her machine to look for it but she didn't and ended up simply just walking away. I had to get someone else to get help.then in all of a sudden, I see this same girl assisting someone else.
Always good experience at Princess Auto, but today I didn't like how selective she was.there is also another female staff who also doesn't like to be helpful I guess she sees who the customer is in order to help.

My on sale 660 lbs hoist was sold out and they offerred me the 440 lbs or the higher one at the same 45% discount.

Found what I went for & picked up a new pair of cow hide lined mitts for winter snow cleaning.

Got a set of tires and they are decent tires! No road noise and fairly aggressive tread. Guess we will see how they do in winter!

Bought a garden hose reel and noticed a Blue Truck food truck in the lot. We were on our way to the Blue Bomber game and for $3 you had your choice of a smokie or hot dog and a drink. What a great deal. Another reason to like PA

Good selection, had everything I came for which was admittedly a bit eclectic. Staff was very helpful despite the busy-ness of the season. Lots of cashiers open, and the flow was good. Staff seemed to be smiling generally which is a good sign.

Had a double bad experience today. Placed an order online but ended up in the area prior to getting my email that the item has been pulled. Girl at customer service (black sparkly mask) apparently asked for the next person but because of the glass and masks I did not hear or see that she was talking to me. However the Customer beside the glass yelled at me and she just stood and stared at me. She couldn’t even find the effort to lift her hand to wave me forward. I asked if I could pick it up early, this information was not transferred, then I got yelled at by Ron telling me he had just wasted his time looking for the order that had not been filled yet.

You guys don't even answer the phone and your online website doesn't show nothing, thanks for nothing

Don't go in on Sunday at 4pm. I have been in there a bunch of times and it was real good. But getting told to go find it yourself because they didn't have time and then seeing them joking around with someone else that works there. Kind of made me think twice about going there again.

Once again I go there because online it said they have x amount of items left, and when I get there there is none left. Why do I keep doing this to myself.

Their unique assortment makes it a great store to spend some time checking out everything there is to offer!

Learned something new today at Princess Auto. I you find a product marked with a lower price the the bar scan registers, they will offer you the lower price no questions asked. Just day the 'magic word' and the discount is yours for the taking.

My husband was there today bought a big item paid half on a gift card, half cash.
They had it loaded in the vehicle within 10 mins.
He said the staff at this PrincessAuto Panet location is bar down Amazing!
He loves going there to shop they have everything!

Not impressed. Was looking for 2 hydraulics cylinders. They only had 1 in stock. Was told it could take up to 2 months to get another one. So had to buy 2 smaller ones. Hope they last.

Came from out of town 2 days in a row, Staff was rude and told me it's not they're fault they can't find the tool in their flyer that started yesterday. Computer said they had 14 in warehouse. Manager told me he didn't want his employees waisting their time looking for it. And to, for a second time, "try again tomorrow" and they couldn't give me a rain cheque as it was a limited quantity item and it's not their issue that they can't find it.

Awesome place. Didn't have to ask for help, they approached me and asked if I needed any help. Found everything I needed at great prices. Thanks for everything to all the staff at Princess Auto.

They have a lot of products and shelves every where, space looks very busy with products it confuses you and sidetracked fast, but there is something for everyone,

I like it. Its a good source for tools and equipment for working on projects. It is pretty busy most days so it's hard to keep up on certain things but they do the best they can.

Website advertises winch covers None of any kind in isle 7, where I was directed by a staff member.
Why advertise them when you don't carry them? Are they somewhere else in the building?

Well Princess Auto has to be one of my most favourite places to shop I was under the impression The Masks were mandatory in the store and still I see people running around with no masks is a couple dollars in the till more important than that spreading the virus

An endless supply of supply of tools and supplies at super low prices. They have probably the best warranty on earth. I was once working a tire company and a tire came in with a Powerfirst ratchet stuck into it's tread, and once I extracted the tool I brought it to Princess and they gave me a brand new one. As long as the logo is visible they will replace anything.

Usually happy with the store. But I feel like they don't care about covid. Not many masks worn by customers. No signs recomending masks. Staff not staying 2 meters away from customers. Customers not staying 2 meters away from other customers even though there are (small) signs saying customers must stay 2 meters apart. They also require you to use a shared store pen to sign something when paying with an account. Other than when you're standing in the line to pay, it's very hard to stay away from others while inside.

Great place to buy almost anything work related, at some of the best prices in winnipeg! From gand tools to specialty items, electronic accesslries and work clothing. They are also great with returning items and giving refunds! Staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help you find whatever you need!

-Disney University teaches 'line management, involving: distractions; weaving lines, so line seems to be moving; expectations clock, so 'guests know length if wait; etc.
- 'Time' and what I choose to do with mine, is more valuable than money, at my age.

Went to this store first time. Cashier was insensitive and literally started yelling at me as I was wearing mask and she could not hear me. I spoke at top of my lungs but continued to kind of harass me. Other people could hear me but her. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE. I asked one more person to help me with water alarm he just ignored me. Mind this that I had fractured arm and could not reach the shelf he told me. Overall my experience with this store was terrible

Usually love PA but was very disappointed with their Covid 19 protocols. Staff not wearing masks, 90% of customers not wearing masks. Definitely no social distancing. Staff talking to customers only 1' from each other. Way too many people in the store. Very little signage. Won't be going back for a very long time. Where is store management?

Always a great shopping experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of regularly revolving sale items and surplus items at great discounts.

Favorite store. However they don't carry the tires or rims for the trailer I bought there a couple of yeArs ago. I have to source them from another retailer.

It's what you expect from major retailer in a major Manitoba city that only thinks wholesale or cost. Great staff and great parking.
