Princess Auto Home Office

Always have a good experience there, excellent customer service experience, prompting me to go there often. The only regret is that I can't receive his advertising brochures at home since the pandemic.

Had a good deal on a clearout fridge. Entered my address, they estimated shipping. All good. Added a few things on and got the free shipping promotion, placed my order. They cancelled the fridge because its not in my warehouse. Why would you have product 1) Listed for sale 2) Estimate Shipping, and 3) Confirm Order, if it may not be available to the customer? ! Makes me think they didnt want to ship the fridge they were loosing money on for free. Shady either way. Then product was shipped without the fridge by fedex and arrived 3 days later, however the fedex guy threw my package (containing light bulbs) at my porch, took his photo and left it there in the rain without knocking at 530pm and it sat there until the next day. I realize thats not them, but its who they chose to represent them, and was unfortunate how it ended up. So as a note, Princess Auto will not send you another update saying the package arrived and they may cancel part of their in-stock order because its not convienent to them. Just a junk experience. And then they reply to this review with a generic reply for a store experience when I comment on the home office page. Buddy get it together.

Princess Auto has replaced CTC for my go to store. Products are getting better. Lots of deals. Warr

Good prices but stuff could be anywhere, even if it should be in a specific section of the store. Not even the staff know sometimes. Might as well order it for pickup that way you're not roaming the store.

Love this place. Special the Surplus section. You can always find neat things and there are always new stuff coming in. People who work there are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place.

My first review I posted on this site was very negative to say the least. The staff at the McGowan location has turned my situation completely around. To make a long story short, I tried to buy some trailer tires with quite a run around. After some phone calls and a trip back to the store, I managed to get the tires I was looking for. I would like to thank Ian Stewart (location Manager), Tammy (location Assistant Manager) and Helen (the Hero who doesn't wear a cape) for going above and beyond for their outstanding customer service. You have kept a loyal customer and I would recommend your company to my friends. Thank you.
