WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I went there with my friend to get BIRTHDAY nails done.the lady at 4th counter was so rude. When my friend showed her pic of nails she said she DONT KNOW How to do those nails and saidthey dont have same color. So friend requested her to atleast show her sample that how she can do with different color.the lady rudely said that, "I am not gonna sit here all day long to just give you samples". They ruined all her mood and excitement before birthday.

But gladly we went to another nail salon, " Ace of nails "and they did great job on her nails and gave exact as picture.

Took a client (homecare) for a nail trim. She was very pleased. They didn't rush like in Garden City mall. She will return. Very friendly staff

Went for a pedicure yesterday, and i definitely will not be going back. It was a bit of an uncomfortable experience. The girl was stabbing my toes with the tools. I've never had a pedicure hurt so much. My big toe is so sore and red today.
No one checked on me after my toes were done. So i sat there for a bit, put my sandles on, paid, and left. I wasn't leaving no tip, no way.

I've been a customer for a few yrs and my last appointment cost me $84, nearly $20 more than usual, without a tip. Sick of high prices for minimal work and inconsistent prices. Plan on one last appointment, to use up
my stamped card, n will be shopping around

One of the worst pedicure I have ever had. I was the last person in for the evening and I was finished before others that were having pedicures which had been started. No massage no hot stones. She left me with polish on my skin around the toe. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I complained to the manager he said I’ll talk to her. Wow, wonderful customer service

I got ombre nails done yesterday (April 6th) and I love them Hannah did an awesome job, I went here yesterday June 27 2023 and Celine did my nails I'm always very happy with my service here I got a fill with French

Service is really poor the lady sit on front desk do the job she is worst person, because I was there waiting for to do my nails and some people’s came after me and the got in first and I ask her I was waiting to and she said he or she the just need done pedicure that was not good reason and what I am here for I don’t get

They were busy but my pedicure didn't take long. I had shellac on my toes and was charged for removal. Never been changed there before and I think it was was because I payed debt and not cash

Always a good experience here. Quick, fast and good quality nails. My go to place every 2 weeks!

Went there on June 1st with my mom and sisters and we really enjoyed getting our mani/pedi’s there. The staff was really nice and friendly. The service was really quick too! My favourite part was the hot stone massage, it felt amazing after being on my feet all day working. Overall was a great experience!

These women do a great job! Price is fair and atmosphere is nice and they work fast without rushing you or ruining your nails

Pedicure was good as always. Tried the Brow Waxing, definitely. Not a Brow place. I will be just sticking to Mani's & Pedi's!

I was a walk-in. Got seated right away. I got a french pedicure. I like how it turned out. The only weird thing is that it's only cash for tips. I almost exclusively pay with cards. I also always tip, so I didn't care for that.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! First time going this morning. Wanted a pedi. Called ahead for an appointment. Was told to just come in. Arrived, welcome was less than impressive. Was told to pick a color. The pedi color selection was horrible. No bright colors, no variety, mostly all dark and many bottles the same color. Was told that's all the options they had. Ended up picking a pink, given the lack of pretty options. Sat with my feet in cold water for a half hour. I did ask for an appointment when I called. Unprofessional to make someone wait a half hour. Also no jets in the foot basin? Finally, Yen, pleasant young woman did my pedi. I tipped her, paid the $40 bill and left. I wore flip flops to make sure not to damage the pedi until it set. Went home to change for an appointment and noticed the polish had rippled, like it was old polish. Also a smudge line along the side nail bed of one big toe and a smudge mark on the top of another toe. From the wait time, like my time isn't valuable and being told not to make an appointment, horrible polish color options, sitting in cold water a half hour, the terrible quality, pictures attached, I will never be going back.
ADDITION: had to put socks and shoes on; 4 HOURS LATER to go out. Polish is full of line marks from the socks. Seriously? Clearly using cheap or altered polish. Total waste of $40 bucks 4 hours ago. I'll have to go to a professional to have a complete re-do. And I have no desire to go back and have them "fix it". You can't fix this type of complete lack of pride in your business or the products you're using.

Went there for the first time. Service was much faster than any other salon in the area which i prefer.

I do like this place even though a few times the ladies didn’t do the greatest job BUT since finding Celina, she has been the best nail tech that I’ve honestly ever had in Winnipeg. I give the place 3-4 stars but give Celina 5+ stars for sure! She is gentle and I can tell she’s a perfectionist but also works pretty quick!

Bad, very bad. I asked for long coffin nails, but they gave me short square nails. I payed 73 and my cousin played 77 dollars for long coffin. And hers are way longer than mine, I asked for the same length as hers but the lady doing my nails cut then so short. I’m very disappointed, I can’t believe I payed that much for something that wasn’t even what I asked for! I don’t understand how we asked for long and mine ended up being so short. And almost the same price.
We called ahead to see if they were busy and they said no, when we arrived there was no seats available and were so busy. So they lied to us! When she was doing my nails it seemed like she was rushing, and the acrylic was dripping off my finger. She was filling my finger so aggressively. I will not be coming back to this establishment. My cousin are the nude ones mine is the black ones. Now I’m at Popeyes eating chicken nuggets. Im so upset and angry!
So overall they don’t listen to instructions and charge outrageous prices, then would try to justify their behaviour.

Did a walk-in for acrylic french tip extensions. The place is very radiant and the staff seem friendly including the tech who did my nails! I like how they did not touch my cuticles and my nails have lasted me about 3 weeks now!

Not one of my nails was the same length or shape and the pedicure was the most painful I have ever had I will never go back

Friendly staff, professional and experienced manicurist. No nicks, burn or cuts during my visit. Comfortable and relaxing.
