They failed to show up at the scheduled time twice.the actual work quality was okay (but not exceptional), however they are not worth the hassle of chasing them, to get them to actually show up and do the work. I recommend that people look elsewhere for HVAC repairs and maintenance in the Winnipeg area

My furnace broke down over the weekend - called Provincial and my point of contact was Gavin. He was friendly with great customer service - he answered a call in the middle of the night, and he understood that the situation was urgent. He came quickly to help us out and provided great advice/options on a new furnace.

The crew that came to install the furnace were professional, skilled and trustworthy. They took the time to explain how the new equipment worked and provided answers to my questions that were easy to understand.

My experience with Provincial is that they are a knowledgeable company that work efficiently and look to provide you with the best product for your needs and your budget. We ran into an issue during this period of time but Gavin communicated well and found a solution in a timely way. Overall I had an excellent experience with Provincial and I will be using them again in the future.

Noticed the house wasn't heating up as it used to. Called Gavin on Christmas Eve and he had Derek over to my house within an hour. Derek resolved the issue and was gone within an hour of arriving. Price was fair, response time was great, and Derek really knew his stuff.
