Finding a hair in Samosa instead of Aloos.
We ordered sweets and Samosas.
While eating i felt a hair in my mouth.
When we called the restaurant the owner was so rude he didn't even apologize.
Can't buy from them again

Best place to get Samosas in Winnipeg. Once you've had these, you won't go anywhere else. I 100% recommend this place. Prices are affordable, and make sure to grab extra tamarind sauce, trust me!

Delicious samosas with a crispy exterior and flavorful filling. The sweet shop offers a variety of treats. Service was satisfactory, although some room for improvement. Prices were fair. Recommended for samosa lovers.

I went there yesterday and got very upset with the behaviour of the cashier. She was so rude and arrogant that I believe she doesn’t care about her customers. All businesses are focused on providing good customer services so they could survive but seemed like these people they don’t care. I’ve heard about them in the past but encountered it for the first time so I was insisted to leave the feedback.

Ordered some samosas, they were as hard as stone. Looks like they were sitting unsold from days and they just deep fried it again. I am done with this place and would never recommend coming here

Staff should verify order before charging customers.
I was charged for 2 items and I got only one.

Fresh sweets nd authentic taste best and oldest shop in city it’s hard to maintain the quality and taste but they did that’s why they are the best

I ordered pakore yesterday as my relatives came to visited and the pakore were so hard to chew. It’s terrible. I’m never going to order from them. I’m glad there are other restaurants opening, will never order from punjab sweet house.

Wastage of money.
Spent 35 $ on paneer pakora and Samosas. Had to throw them all out. Even tho our dog didn’t taste it.

I really like their Samosa's a lot. They have a wide variety of sweets as well but my go to for Samosa.

Alert—Worst food in winnipeg. Just purchased Paneer Pakora, Nobody in my house can chew that because it like chewing Rubber. It wasn’t smelling good at all. Had to throw 2 Lb of that stuff.

I usually bought sweets from them but last time the experience was not good.milkcake was so hard to eat and their gulab jamun was too dry. Also the lady at the counter was rude. Never ever go their again.

Good location.i recently saw they moved to different building but same mall. Few Parking stalls are available in sharing in that mall. I went there few times.i like their quality of food and snacks it better then few competitors. They are maintaining good quality from a while. I found their customer service to be not that good and i don't see any great change either

I use to love their samosas but now there samosas are not good, so bad in taste
Too much salt, too much oil, filling was not fresh (taste bad) and their Gulab jamun was so dry

Samosa size is too small sometimes.when i complain the lady told me u would get this much only for 1 dollar. And told me u can order somewhere else.

Idk about the food but they talk very rudely. Very cheap costumer service. The ladies over their they don’t know how to talk to a costumer they just keep staring at the costumers in a very bad way. They guys really really needs to learns some manners Specially to an aunty over their. She so rude her way of looking is so so bad.

I ordered chana bhatura and experience was really bad no salad no grevy in the chana and no taste at all in anything

The Owner of this place is act like a beggar and yess thats true not even a single restaurant in the city charge you 5% extra tax on the credit card but these guys charge 5% extra on credit and said this is business tax like seriously u guys owned a business u need to pay business tax how can u asks from customers and only from students they don’t have guts to ask from a family or older people. If u have a well settled business make your heart bigger to pay taxes don’t fraud your customers. I will never go again to buy food from these thugs.

I often do take out from this place. Their prices are fair. Food is always good. I take their samosas to work, and everyone always says how great they are. Would recommend this place.

Not really impressed with the quality of sweets. Gajrela was so stale. First time i threw gajrela in my life. Sorry but u wont see me again.

Yesterday I went there to buy sweets n am not sure the girl at the counter was owner’s daughter, she was rude n lack customer service skills.
She packed the wrong order and when I told her this is not the one I asked for, she smashed the sweets box with anger on the counter. She really seems to be eccentric n am never going there again.

Food is not tasty at all don’t try their paneer pkoras the worst thing is I found thread from paneer pkoras? I will not go there again and I’m not recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Great small Indian sweet shop, if you love sickly sweet pastries this shop is for you! Also, good for take out samosas. Veggy only restaurant.

I love this place for their delicious and affordable curry, somosa and Indian sweets. They have recently moved to a new location that is a much nicer atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful in explaining what is in each dish. I highly recommend.

I only had the samosas to take out. They were excellent.
Comes with sauce which is very tasty. The price is fabulous.

They do not care about the customers anymore, the customer service is getting worse every time I go there. The place is also very dirty

Have really enjoyed this place in the past. Last couple of visits were disappointing. Lukewarm buffet. Place has gotten dirtier and looks like no one cares. Just grubby.

If you want to try home like food it’s good otherwise limited options only. Samosas are good as well the sweets.

The buffet here is phenomenal. I’m primarily vegan, but more of a spiritual in the moment no-shame kind of fellow, and this place always is phenomenal, but today it is especially good with this amazing eggplant I’m eating right now.

Best samosas I've ever had. Best priced samosas I've ever had. Great sweets selection to choose from and fantastic prices for everything. A+

Went to get some food, paid, lady said it will be ready come back. Go back less than 20 mins later, asked for food.lady goes, "you are coming back now? ". I was like its been about 10 minutes what you mean? She had given my order to someone else. She blamed me for not coming back in time. Then she decides to honor my order, but the guy starts asking for money as if I hadn't paid. And the way he was aking me was as if I was trying to get something for free. I had the receipt with me just in case. I will never go back there again. The food is one star at max. It is a dirty place, please find a decent place to go to.

This is my go-to place for homemade Indian cuisine. Pranthas, curd and tea or the buffet are what I come here for. Always want to come back.
