Stayed here for work. Terrible service, the front desk staff have no idea what they are doing, nor do they care. They will assist you with an attitude and will not answer any phone calls. I've walked by multiple times where they're on their phone and slouched at the front desk not bothering to look at guests.
I've tried to book with them for my most recent trip, and they've hung up on me 4 times now. I got through once and the woman on the phone responded with, "yeah yeah hang on", after I asked to book a room. She left me on hold for over 5 minutes for hanging up on her end. I called back and I can hear the phone be picked up and hung up.
They're almost always not at the front desk when you need them and when you ring the bell no one comes for a long period of time.
Management needs to train their employees better.

Room had a weird smell and was right outside the elevator. Working nights, I heard the elevator bell go off all day while trying to sleep. Staff friendly but free coffee tasted horrible, and staff were unwilling to open the door to the continental breakfast area to get coffee from the other machine.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and are very happy to receive exceptional guest service by Saloni & Food prep service by Sakshi. Both of them are very polite & professional.
BUT
I'm highly dissatisfied by the irrational staff scheduling done by their Manager (Crystal) as I Saloni working till 12 midnight and then saw again in the morning at 7 am, that too despite being sick. The organization will loose good employees if this behaviour by irresponsible Manager continues.
Owners, please pay attention to the same.

Room was nice but service lacking. 2nd day room barely cleaned and 3rd day room not cleaned at all. Bed not made and had to go to front desk to get towels, toilet paper, shampoo. Temperature was 36 below and not enough plug in parking available.

Staff is well organized, Professional as well as Management.
