Gayle is the best caretaker I’ve ever had! She always cares about what you need as a tenant and always goes the extra mile for everyone:) She deserves a raise especially because she’s doing the job of 2-3 people.

Stinks so bad in this building, terrible sanitary conditions, horrible people in charge of this building. Lucy is the worst manager in history. Cockroaches everywhere. They try to scam your money anyway possible. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY wish I could give this a zero.

Worst building to live in. Our Air Conditioning doesn't work properly, same with the heat. Our floor mat is in bad condition, so many stain but still not replaced, bathroom shower doesn't work properly. However rent is less compare to other place but not worth it. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I am posting this review because I am tired of complaining about it to management because management doesn't want to do anything.

Spent 2 years at 100 Cauchon and couldn't of had a better experience. My caretaker, Tammy, and Erin were all so helpful and attentive when I needed them. My neighbors were great for the most part, and I'm going to miss the street dearly. Would love to rent with Quality again in the future!

We are renting the apartment at 72 Donald Street since 2018 and so far our experience is good.our experience with current manager (Gayle Farkas) was really nice and she understands the need of the tenant and always finding right solution. I encourage the new tenants to be patient and wait for the answer if you have requested anything thorough the manager.she will go above and beyond to help you out.

I have stayed at couple apartment units before, this management is the worst, amenities they offer are marvellous broken lifts for over a month, building have 18 floors so take the stairs, (free workout), the care taker or whoever works in the building are judgemental and bossy if you have any issues or wanna change something, wait for them to take their quality time, let’s say week atleast. Moreover, best amenity, they offer is towing your car if you park in the front parking[specifically people that the caretaker hate] have a rental car, have to buy a pass for 100$ I guess, time states no unauthorised parking between 3: 00am to 6: 00 am, no wonder will tow the car around 8: 00am because alot of visitors are coming to building I guess, so called pandemic doesn’t exist, then I tried to call the management all i get is we own property we can do whatever we feel like, so if you want to feel inferior will recommend them, try em out n find out ️

We had the worst experience with Quality Management. Security and safety was a huge concern. Questionable people were walking at night inside the building. Car windows were frequently smashed. Also, the maintenance of the building was another issue, garbages in each floor were over full, which made the hallways and the elevators having a strong odour. It was very unprofessional, especially when bringing guests over. Another reason why we moved out was the repetitive mistakes they were making in terms of rent payments, we were frequently receiving owing payments although we had always made payments on time. And they were acknowledging those mistakes.

I am new customer of this company from 1 June 21. So far I have really great experience in my lease apply process. Specially Manager Elvis @ 88 Eric St is very caring for his tenants & explained all do & donts clearly.
I would love to recommend their property of 88 eric st, they have great deals on suits at competitive prices with all utilities included.

So far I have had a great experience working with Tammy, the lease agent. She is pretty resourceful and to the point. My rental process was made smooth compared to past experiences with other lease agents from other companies. Thumbs up.

The building manager should listen to both sides before sliding any threatening letter under my door. Plus, I am not sharing my peraonal information to check my background either. It is very disturbing and annoying.

I have been living at 3 Donald for the past 6 months and I couldn't be happier! I was a little worried about moving during Covid but their leasing agent Tammy made the process safe and easy, with a smile the whole way through!

The caretakers and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful and have been very prompt in dealing with any issues that have come up (squeaky door and rattling air-conditioner fan, minor but still dealt with quickly). The building is clean and my neighbors on my floor are exceptionally friendly!

And this view! I don't know if there is a better one in this city, especially for the price!

My experience here so far has been great, no regrets on my decision to move when I did.

They are gonna provide you with an experience that you will not forget! Rude, unprofessional, opinionated, disrespectful, and DISCRIMINATORY behavior! I was disgusted as how I was treated by Tami, their manager at 3 Donald st, and once I escalated the matter to their manager, Erin, she first mentioned that Tami is no longer with the company! And later mentioned that she is planning in suspending her! Neither of which was true. She later supported her staffs behavior mentioning that its her word against mine and she is too busy to address a complaint about mistreatment of customers. Surprisingly even Erin hang up on me during a conversation she was having with me to deesclate the situation.
No human being deserves to be treated the way they are treating people! The discriminatory behavior is not limited to one individual and there seems to be a pattern throughout the company, from they junior staff to their upper management. Don't do business with them!
