Service was okay. Gel manicure and pedicure were done in reasonable time and neatly. Affordable prices. I paid 73.50CAD for mani+pedi shellac. Shellac not as shiny as I wanted. Room for improvement but would still recommend.

Queen Nails is a pretty good place to get a mani or pedi. Most of the techs are really great at what they do, especially the woman who owns it. I would suggest going on a weekday and during hours when it's less busy (morning or early afternoon). When you go during busier hours (evening and weekends), they do tend to rush. A few times I've had someone start my nails and then I end up sitting there for an hour while they take in other clients. You might even have 3-4 different people work on you so they can get as many clients in as possible. I really dislike this and wish they would turn more people away or dedicate the right amount of time just to you so you can get in and out with only one tech doing the job. I understand businesses need to make money but I think they need to focus a bit more on client satisfaction.
That being said, I do really like going here and think they do a good job! It's also cheaper than some other nail places so it's especially good if you're on a budget.

My first time here, I love my nails they look exactly like the photo I presented and requested to get done. There is this guy that works there, his attention to detail is exceptional. Great staff and great work!

They are very good at what they do, not the best customer service but fabulous manicures and pedicures.

The workers are amazing and they go above to make sure you are comfortable. During this covid time they have stepped up to keep everyone safe.

My first time here, I love my nails they look exactly like the photo I presented and requested to get done. The guy who works there is very thorough and does a wonderful job i appreciate his attention to detail. Overall great experience even though it was busy they did not rush to finish my set. I’ll be back, thank you.

DO NOT GO HERE. They did NOT sanitize between clients, do not even CLEAN chairs, tables or counters, it’s so filthy. On top, no one used gloves they all kept changing clients WITHOUT washing hands or sanitizing. I’ve never felt so gross at a nails shop in my entire life. Also the worst manicure I’ve ever got, The girl ruined my nails shape and didn’t even apologize, instead blamed MY nails for being “out of shape”. TOTALLY unprofessional. Will never step back into this place again.
