I can't believe this branch! So first off, I put money in the atm then it cancelled my transaction not giving my money back. They don't count their atm weekly it took 3 weeks to fix and when they did, they scammed me and gave me 200 less than I put in I fought so hard and all I kept getting is a no. They steal your money from you and on top of that they are useless as all heck I had to go into the branch every day for 3 weeks for them to fix a mistake they made and got nothing but rude service I cancelled all my accounts with them and for sure will make sure none of my friends and family go with them and get scammed the way I did.

I Give this Bank one star because the bank took $240 from my brother from a foreign exchange withdrawl, then told my brother they had to wait until after hrs, and if that wasent enough my brother asked for help at the teller and got told that they couldnt do much, also that my brother had to call a different number, wow i am embarrassed by this branch. Needs better staff and functionality from staff, staff dont seem to eager to help anyone but more interested in the standard line I'm sorry i cant do muchplease call this number because that is so helpful right? Wrong it has not been a good experience they even cut up his card and called him a liar in person. And my brother dosent didnt get paid back by the bank after the bank pretty much frauded my brother. Not impressed. One star!

Worst service ever.linenout the Doors and 3 people working on the 1st of the month at least 30 to 45 min every time you walk in the Doors.go to another bank

Printed off the wrong clients void cheque information twice. Thankfully noticed it the second time. Wildly inappropriate. Also be prepared for long lineups and slow service - they need to hire more tellers.

As if they were creating a queue on purpose.out of 7 windows, no more than 2-3 work.always queue.

What’s the point of having a business window, when the business customer ends up getting in the waiting queue for half an hour?

Suggestion: if the teller knows that the particular transaction would take more time, they should direct business customers to wait in the regular queue.

The bank should understand the value of time.

Dealt with two different advisors at this branch and had terrible experiences both times. First time I met with a banking advisor to get advice on my savings accounts, the advisor completely disregarded the reason I was there and was only interested in signing me up for as many products as possible. The second advisor I met with to setup a student line of credit. The absolute lack of communication and the amount of delays were abysmal. It took over four months to setup the student line of credit, and I almost wasn't able to afford to pay for my classes as a result. Very disappointed in the level of service at this branch.

Today, I went to RBC bank and I was served by a staff member, he is a staff member who is very happy and enthusiastic to serve customers but his quickness has made me very disappointed in RBC bank.why an employee who works with numbers can make unreasonably wrong numbers. With just one transaction, he got it wrong twice with a customer. I am very disappointed about an employee who is not careful with week numbers.

Extremely difficult to deal with when owning a small business. I got threw to Kathryn and was hung up on mid conversation. Highly unprofessional branch would recommend going else where.

Seriously RBC. Train your staff how to do a wire transfer. Every time I come here it's such a headache. And that's after the rep finally finds somebody who even knows how to do one.

It’s absolutely impossible to connect with anybody you are given the runaround over and over and over again until you have to hang up.

Horrible to get a hold of someone from the branch over the phone. Try to reach out to someone, even a manager and was told they weren't answering their phones. Like how many employees works at this location and nobody can pickup a phone? I will take my business elsewhere.
