Our banker (Sid Dewan) has been a pleasure to work with. He is approachable, responsive, and always willing to address any questions or concerns promptly.

There’s never enough people to help you. I always see about 2 people working when everyday they have the longest lines. The girl with the long hair and glasses isn’t too friendly and looks like she hates her job. But the other people that work there are always super friendly. I think they need to have more people working for a location that is always busy!

The lady that attended to me was rude. I called rbc prior and they confirmed a transaction for me and i went to the branch to complete it. The lady said there was no such transaction even through I insisted. She showed me her screen and I told her to just process it and it worked so why did she repeatedly say it would not work? The rbc advisor i called before coming to the branch confirmed the transaction and the branch lady was insisting on her wrong information. She did not even apologize when she noticed she was wrong.
