Absolutely worst service of any Royal Bank outlet I have ever visited. I was second in line for service when I arrived and waited a half hour and gave up and left. Staff walking around and chatting while customers wait. This is typical of mostly all visits here. Regretfully, this is the closest location to our home. We will drive to another location or change banks. Been a customer since 1983. Definitely needs new management!

One teller working. Doesn't matter day or time, long line ups. No call to inform of foreign exchange to be picked up as promised. Very poor service! Been banking here for 40 years. Time to change location. Rarely do in person banking

I wish there was a negative rating, even one star is too much. By far the worst RBC branch I have ever dealt with, no wonder why the overall rating is 2.7. Whether it is their Mortgage specialists, the Branch Assistant or even the branch Manager. After almost 10 years doing business with them, I am eventually closing all my accounts for sure. Promises never kept, Emails never answered and no prompt communication. Now filing formal complaints to the RBC higher management and will not keep it there. Proper investigation should have been taken by the local management, but it was not fairly done. I hope they keep record of the recorded calls. Overall, the worst experience ever and shouldn't have gone that far if professionally handled.

Terrible RBC location, long wait, very few tellers working, tellers can’t help with wire service and have to wait for another teller, management is unhelpful; community manager returns call after 4 days; would never go back

Terrible customer service. No matter what time of day there is at least 10 people waiting in line 1 (maybe 2) tellers open moving painfully slow may I add and 10 staff standing around talking amongst themselves ignoring everyone in line

Probably the worst customer service ever. I opened and student advantage banking on September 2022 and the told me i would get a 100 dollar cash back if i meet up some criteria. The funny I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT. I called went to branch did everything, now i look like im begging for it although the only reason I opened there was because of the offer. Now im using Scatiabank its way beter and there Scene+ is best

0 star if possible. Worst RBC branch and staff are useless including manager. If you are looking to do business with RBC please go to different branch. After 12 years doing business with them I have to close all my accounts with them.super disappointed
