Worst Royal Bank Ever! 6 Computers and 1 person working during a weekday only to be told by the other 8 employees walking around in the back that they are “currently busy”. Embarrassed to be a RBC client going here!

Super Unprofessional. I went inside for some business services and they have a sign put up saying they’re open from 9: 30 to 4 PM daily. However it’s been 11 AM and the banking services teller hasn’t showed up yet. I have been standing here since 9: 30 AM.
On the personal banking side, I also see the tellers being extremely rude to elderly couple, if you don’t like your job just quit, but don’t treat people like their Robots.
